Scammers, called before hand and asked if they could fix an io connector and they told me $30, I was like okay. Brought it in, next morning he called me and said it would be $80 more because he said he "didn't" know what i was talking about on the phone when i specifically said io connector on the motherboard. I hesitated whether to go through with it, I said yes later that day. He called later that day and he said he couldn't fix it. He kept the $30 that was originally for the replacement, He said he was going to keep for "diagnostics" when I already knew what was wrong with it. Why would I need diagnosis when i know whats wrong with it. I decided to try and solder myself (I didn't in the first place because it's small so I needed a magnifying glass + the time it would take for the part to get there) Technician told me he had one already thats why i went with that. I solder it myself and it worked with no issue. Horrible technician. Don't come here if you value your time and your money. Id give it 0 stars if I could. They're legally...
Read moreDue to my profession I needed a charger for my laptop, (like yesterday) I went to Walmart, Office Depot, and Best Buy. Out of the 3 stores none were in stock. (They had them online only for 69.99)
I found RJG in Nederland on Google. I called and asked if they had the specific charger I needed. He said they had plenty! Just bring my laptop by and they will do their best to help me out or find one compatible. NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE MY EXACT CHARGER I NEEDED but the name brand and FOR 1/2 the price of the big box stores. Amazon had them but they're generic and we all know how that goes.
Jace was friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. I had never noticed the place but if you have any computer, laptop, phone, or electronic problems or want upgraded mods, I would strongly suggest RJG. Honest, reasonable people, that had something in stock when NO ONE ELSE...
Read moreThe guys at RJG were helpful and knowledgeable about their job. They recently built a gaming pc for me and I have to say, it's flawless. I strongly recommend using them if you're inexperienced with pc building, with one caveat. It would have saved myself some time and money had I brought the parts myself and scheduled a day to have the work done. They charge a fairly hefty markup on parts they supply (35%) which doesn't sound like much until the parts used eclipse 1000$. That's the price of convenience and I don't fault them for making more money, 2 hours of labor (150$) is a pretty sweet deal to get a ready to roll gaming pc so I'm not complaining.
In closing, RJG computers is the place to go for any pc related needs. If money and time are limited, supply your own parts. Support local business and keep money in the community...
