Subway — Restaurant in Nederland

I had my worst restaurant experience ever at this Subway. The staff kept me waiting at the drive-through window for 17 minutes during a time it was apparent that my daughter and I were the only customers. Through the window I could see a lot of movement from the four employees there but it was taking forever for anyone to start filling out our order. After I had paid and our sandwiches were finally given to us, I tapped on the window to let someone know that we needed two straws for our two drinks. One employee came to the window and angrily shouted “What!” to which I responded by telling him what I needed and also told him that he is not supposed to treat customers like that. He loudly told me that both straws were in the bag containing our order. After some digging, I only found one straw with our order but the guy had already slammed the window shut on me. I have bought sandwiches at this Subway for 29 years since moving to Nederland. I will never go to this...

Yall I just about had enough of the ppl in Nederland it not all but it’s a good few the subway on Nederland ave services were horrible today they over charged me for the meal of the day then tried say I have a certain sandwich I was like no I have the meal of the day so I took my sandwich out and showed him and it’s like he got aggravated then found out he gave my daughter the wrong sandwich and wanted me to repay for my meal cause he say he voided my transaction the got angry cause I said I should not have swiped my card again then tried put me out telling me leave and his coworker talking about I know u had the chicken sandwich I fixed it I’m a sandwich artist girl gone long story short horrible service want get anything...

Only reason I give them 2 stars is because they were open later than the other local subways. Other than that it was a pretty bad sandwich. Mainly since I asked them to toast it, and made a point to ask if their toaster was currently on to which the employee at the drive thru window replied yes. I get home pick up my sandwich, soft, take a bite, rubbery bread. Clearly they just stuck my sandwich in the microwave, which is horrible and the exact reason why I asked if the toaster was on. They deliberately did not care, and just chose to lie for some reason. I will not be back to this...
