The Cookie Monstah — Attraction in Needham

Cookie Monstah is an ice cream shop that originated from a food truck, now having roots across Massachusetts. This location is based out of Needham, located in a mini mall area right outside of the town center.

The staff are friendly and make orders quite quickly, even when it's close to closing time. The place is kept cleanly, and the atmosphere is nice and has a decent amount of seating outside.

I’m sorry to leave a bad review because the cookies are yummy. However, the employee working did not give the entire order to the Uber driver, just the ice cream. I had ordered two cream and cookies and a cookie. The Uber driver said they even double checked by asking the employee and they confirmed it was the FULL order.

Based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I ordered from the cookie Monstah and just got semi melted ice cream. Paid for the convenience of having it delivered to my door and instead received some disappointment. The ice cream, however, was tasty but not really...
