Salon 109 & Boutique — Attraction in Neosho

Im giving salon 109 a 1 out of 5 but should be 0, I hadn't been to salon 109 in a long time and decided to go back because I had a great experience there with Dawn,I called got an appointment but what I didn't know was that their are people learning to cut hair,it was not like that it was PROFESSIONALS when I was there before, needless to say I got someone learning,( but had no idea at the time) my hair WAS LITERALLY CHOPPED by Tristan meanwhile Tammy ( the owner) had finished her client ( which she was right next to Tristan's station)she kept looking over but didn't say a word,she then disappeared for about 15 minutes, anyhow her next client came in and Tristan asked for her expert advice she came over did a few cuts on the top of my head and told Tristan what a great job he's done... The sides of my head were longer than the back, I have a spots where he kept cutting that were 2-4 inches difference and with Tammy s cuts on top it was a mess , I cried for 2 days and coworkers and friends were even horrified, . My hair was to the middle of my back I had layers that grew out ( been about 8 months since my last cut) so it just needed relayering, and take dead off ends nothing hard. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay another $35 for someone to fix Salon 109 mess ,the poor girl was shocked when she looked at my hair she said (shame on salon 109) and as a UPSCALE Salon,,, Salon 109 Tammy should never have left me walk out like that $40+ down the 🚽,I was supposed to have gotten a cut blowdry and style. What I got was chopped blowdry and no style,I even jumped because he held the blowdryer on the same spot and burned.my had,he couldn't use the round brush without getting it tangled in my hair so he put it away and just used his fingers. So the only way to even out and fix the mess was to cut 4 inches off otherwise I'd have some really short spots, I've Always had long hair and did up to trusting Salon 109. I even showed 2 pictures of long hair with layers which I had they just needed freshened up .I should have been asked or told before hand that he was learning, I could have went around the corner to the beauty school for much less and at least had supervision, which I wouldn't of allowed... So shame on salon 109 I always get a lot of compliments on my hair and give referrals, something you won't be getting. I also have pictures of...

My hair style was fine the first 24 hours. After the second day I called and left a message for Tristan that I need to see if he could fix it or maybe even braid the sides since my curl came out. I didn't wash my hair for a week. I used a good hair oil and leave on conditioner after a week noticing the curl and wave just disappeared. I asked Tristan if he could please let me know what he could do. He never called me back. That was within two days after the style. The second time I called and the lady I spoke with said they left the message at Tristan's booth and he would get back to me. He never got back with me. Oh I didn't mention that I didn't leave him a tip and my reason for this was because I never tip a stylist until the next time I go back after seeing if my first trip was what I liked. I did plan on sending him a tip because I felt very bad about not tipping since the hair style was nice. I called to see if I could but never receive any kind of call back messages. Nothing. Sorry this happened but this really isn't god service for your clients. If you don't like it because I couldn't tip then it is not worth going back if I couldn't even get a call back for my request to help me with my style after some...

I had gone to someone who cut my that was absolutely awful. I went here showed the stylist what I wanted if I wanted neon pink hair I could buy it at Walmart 100.00 for neon color hair it was to be tri color with a touch of pink not my whole head charged me 100 for me to look like a punk rocker. 2 different hairstyles s awful results even showed her a picture it was to be foiled blonde and brown and a light light tint of pink but not my hair to be neon pink way over priced I wasted 100 now going to cost me more to find someone who knows how to do colors. I have cried because the haircut from one stylist and this place topped it off now buying a wig tell I let it grow and pay for someone who knows how to do hair color I don’t recommend them way to experience for a salon for bad hair color that I have to pay someone else the back wasn’t even done the other picture is how I asked for it to be done not even close amazing nothing like me holding my grandson paid 100 for this mess I should get a refund but doubt that will happen but they are ridiculous on there price doesn’t look like she did anything but turn it neon pink think before going pictures...
