If I could leave a rating of zero, I would. After spending money in this establishment for years, I am sorry to say that I will not be doing so any longer. One of the store's employees recommended extensions for me that (my hairdresser realized upon opening the package) would not work for my hair or hair color at all. Upon realizing this, I immediately returned to the store in an attempt to receive store credit for my purchase. I was not given any store credit, and I was told that because the package had been opened, I would not be able to receive any type of refund. Despite the fact that the timestamp on my receipt proved that I had just bought the product a mere three hours prior to returning it and despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for years, I was given no courtesy. Went home and realized it was a terrible match. did not use the hair, it was still attached to the string from initial packaging.
