Sharkey's Casino — Attraction in Nevada

My boyfriend and I been a regular at Sharkey’s Casino every Saturday and Sunday morning for breakfast, coffee, and to bet on football. However, after my recent experience, we will be reconsidering our visits.

This past weekend, we were unfortunate enough to be served by Stacy, and I have never been more disappointed. I had to ask for coffee and water three times, and instead of receiving service, I was subjected to hearing Stacy complain about the beer rack with ice and how people don’t clean it properly. I was so flustered and upset by her attitude that I actually told my boyfriend if Sammy wasn’t working, I would rather wait in the car than deal with Stacy.

I’ve always enjoyed my time at Sharkey’s, but I would honestly prefer to go to Starbucks or anywhere else for better service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, as it completely ruined our one visit enough to make me post something.

My husband and I love the Jackpot Cafe at Sharkey's Casino! Great food, friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices. We order take out from them 4 to 6 times a month, sometimes more, sometimes less. Today, I called to make an order and the man who answered the phone said they were not taking "To Go" orders. I asked why and he said because they were too busy. Really, too busy to take an order over the phone?!? Why even answer the phone then?!? He could of simply said they are busy and my order may take longer than usual. Instead, what he is telling me, a loyal, local, frequent customer, who always tips well even on phone orders, is that he doesn't value my business when they're busy. So, I called up one of their competitors and they were happy to take my phone order. Your loss...

Went to the new diner for breakfast, was a bad experience. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before we even were able to order drinks, by then we already decided what we wanted but they said our waiter would be along shortly, after 20 minutes she finally showed up, took our order, and we then again waited another 45 minutes with her checking on us once before food arrived. I ordered the French toast, which was an awesome amount of food, but very very bland. It tasted like I was eating strait bread. Was overall disspointed with the service and the food quality, perhaps since they just opened they are disorganized and full of new people, I'll have to try again in the future to see if...
