I have been a customer for over a year and I am NOT going back after they changed "their loyalty points system" I have literally spent thousands of dollars there because i liked their rewards. Then I go in one day i should have over 300 points have the receipts to prove it but the employees were confused didnt know what they were doing ended up just saying next time you'll receive your $30 off. We changed the system its not clover anymore. Came in 3 weeks later Spoke to the manager or owner asian guy that's always there. He just seemed to care more about the customers that came in after me then resolving the issue. Stayed in the store for over 15 mins then left not beat. They said as I left you'll get your points next time. Yea ok just seems like a sketch thing now they just say to get you to come back like before. Honestly for an extra $10/$15 go to Puffin right down the street great selections and they don't ignore you. UPDATE : I went back to check on the points because I thought all week not cool to give a business $30. So i just wanted to go back for that they said $25, whatever not beat to argue over $5, made my last purchase there ever, I promise. I was thinking of forgetting things until a few minutes after I leave I receive a phone call from an angry Asian guy(you can all guess who) asking why I came back to their store(seriously) and wanted to talk to me about the review I left, I asked him was any of it inaccurate?? He proceeded by saying "No it was not, but you almost got me fired." If your saying that to make me feel bad I don't. I really doubt your boss/owner will fire you over ONE BAD review, obviously your making more mistakes then you realized think about it your Showing up late, getting other complaints from customers, just ignoring younger crowd and helping out middle aged folks. Let me give you some advice yea they may have/make more $ then the students that go there but college students buy/use more weed and also we tell our friends in different classes over social media etc. I spend $300-$400 there a month(your a witness plus im sure you can check my purchase history). I've posted 4/5 times pictures of my receipt getting a free half ounce because of my loyalty points. I've been promoting Delta Don with stickers and posts. Probably inspired people, def told all my coworkers. Just don't think it's appropriate for an employee to use confidential information given to the store to call a customer to vent/complain to them about his personal life. I'm pretty sure employees aren't suppose to use clients personal information for their own personal use. What's next? Going to show up at my house? Let you know I have 3 roommates who wouldn't appreciate that. NOT cool. I'm a post this on all my social medias. Plus, word of mouth to all my classmates and colleagues. Puffin is half the distance then going to Delta Don but always went to you guys... There are literally over half a dozen dispensaries on Easton Ave./Georges Rd so the LOYALTY ends today. PUFFFIN ALL DAY...

guys, please do ur homework before coming here. I wish I had before I spent over a hundred bucks. THIS IS NOT A LEGIT DISPENSARY even tho it appears to be advertised as such. staff is super chill, that wasn’t the issue but they failed to mention that they were literally selling me fake weed. call it what u want hemp-derived thc or distillates or whatever- but it is not what i’d imagine most customers are looking for and can indeed be called fake- might as well go to a bodega or a gas station cuz the inventory is essentially on par with that. If ur not a rookie smoker you WILL instantly notice the difference and you will be disappointed if you are looking for real dispensary grade delta 9 marijuana. I should have known tbh, there was no security lobby and they didn’t even ask for my ID I voluntarily showed the cashier, they also accept credit and debit which no other new jersey dispensary that i’ve been to does. it seems too good to be true cuz it is. I know it’s not MEANT to be explicitly deceptive I understand but guys cmon look at these reviews, regardless of the intentions behind this place, so many people have felt deceived after trying and looking into your products. You can’t expect everyone who goes there to do extensive research on, you’re listed as a dispensary under google and that’s all most people are going to see. It’s definitely partly my fault for not doing my homework I’ll take the hit but that’s the only thing preventing a one star review lmao. this is meant to be constructive criticism. hit up Bloc on easton ave for the product you are probably...

Today, I walked in the empty store where I, had to greet the 3 sales staff, with their backs on the wall, followed by complete silence. Suffering from the awkwardness I stated, ā€œwhat’s the best flower you have, this is my first time in the storeā€. One of the sales staff pointed to lamented sheet of paper on the counter, as if I could help myself. I got annoyed and told them, ā€œthere are 3 members hereā€, twiddling their fingers, ā€œno one can show me what you have or guide me through the storeā€. I proceeded to grab the sheet and ordered 3 different strands, buy two get one free. Sangria, Venom og, and Lemon cherry gelato, the 3 three strongest they have. She brought out the bins to evaluate the flower and they passed the eye and smell test. They said I wasn’t allowed to hold the bud but ā€œthey’re fresh and softā€. Took her word for it and checked out. Total came to $108, not bad. When I got home and opened the packages, the flower was in fact not soft and fresh but, old and crispy. I broke it down and poured the powered flower in the bowl, with a glimpse of excitement that quickly died. The Flower is terrible and the customer service is unheard of. Moral of the story is, Don’t come here, call...
