6-7-25 - Place is nothing but a cheat and fraud , just filed a federal , state , and tribal complaint on your actions 1pm eastern to 2:10pm eastern remotely changing the payouts. Not a game of chance because there's no chance , this fraud establishment ignored multiple exclusion requests, and weaponized data on my bank accounts. -$2200 in 15 minutes betting $5-12.50 a spin , all dead spins after the first 40 spins of paying back 90% off my first $450. Nothing but a racist , deep state shadow tribe casino abusing tech to scam their patrons and attempt to destroy their financials. I've played in multiple countries and online , and I guarantee their is fraud going on here, there's ZERO chance every single session goes like this unless there is illicit fraud going on with biometrics!!! Update 4-5-25 4:15-4:50pm eastern time , another $650 stolen by these frauding , stealing , cheating scammers in minutes. Even betting low they make sure they screw me over because they THINK can get away with it. 0 value for any dollar spent here. This place in absolute disgrace. When is my hearing in your fake tribal court to divest information on your weaponization of tech? I RECOMEND ANYONE JACKED OVER BY ANY FOUR WINDS TO FILE FORMAL COMPLAINTS WITH POKAGON GAMING BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE , STATE OF MICHIGAN , STATE OF INDIANA, FICN. This place is not paying out 80% nor is it random , it's backed and ran by an overseas network to hide from regulation and liability. If they paid out state minimums they wouldn't have free play giveaways for 10,000 every Sunday or garbage gifts like mops for their peasants. When you scope this place out overnight you'll notice plants with unlimited $ on tickets cleaning out the big jackpots . Any regulator could audit 1000 random player cards and I guarantee you'll find an RTP of 15% or less. Both sides will sit there and LIE . AMy experience is fact based and recorded on hidden camea for evidence since October as well as there camera system. 3-28-25, 5-6pm, $2000 in, 2 bonus total , one for $42 and one for $225 after I'm -$1700. It gets better , after I finally have a winning session 2 weeks ago (first time since September, I spend a ton of money) I get put on some black list and lost over $3000 at AmeriScam casino in the same fashion. Imagine spending $5000 at two casinos , and getting a total of 5 bonus , betting $2.50 to $12.50 and losing all your money in less than 2 hours of play. Hypocrite , lying , cheating casino wants to post on Facebook about severe problem gambling like the customer is the problem. I'm not even digging back to the deceit from 2023-2024 from Blue Chip Casino, Hard Rock , Four Winds NB, and AmeriScam East Chicago because it's absolutely disgusting. Just for facts at four winds let's go back to May 2023 and Dollar Storm taking $6000 with 3 bonus $40-70. Or how bout the Super Bowl 2023 taking $2800 on Lightning Dollar Link in 10 minutes. Or hell let's talk about Mega Dollar Storm taking $15,000 in cash and minuscule win with nothing back November thru February. There's absolutely no reason for this and if it's in fact "not revenge rigged" there needs to be some serious investigation and oversight into all 4 establishments and I'll spend the next 45 days...

The lack of communication among the hotel, casino, and food and beverage, was astounding. My family and I drove from Indiana to celebrate my 21st birthday after CALLING ahead of time to make sure my valid temporary ID would suffice as proof of my age. We were told that it would be up to the casino on if they would take it but that we could try. We in fact did that and when stopped at the door by the guard, my ID was taken just fine and I was allowed in. I was allowed to gamble at the casino and had a literal game card hanging from my neck when I was carded numerous times and almost everytime, getting a different response on my ID. I was told by a woman and a man at the W club counter that my ID would be acceptable and that I would be allowed to gamble and drink. I was then carded again at the door upon reentry and was almost denied access based on the same ID that had previously allowed me access. This guard, once finding out that I was already verified by another guard prior, escorted me to the security counter in order to obtain an "Age Verified" wrist band so that I would stop being stopped numerous times. I asked this guard as she was putting the band on me if it would also work with alcohol purchases and she assured me, again, that it would. This is now the 4th person who has told me that I could gamble and drink with my ID and my wrist band. However, as soon as I attempted to purchase a drink with my ID, the bartender refused to even look at it and denied me service despite also having a wristband verifying that I was 21. When my family and I went back to the W club counter, we were then informed that food and beverage was a separate entity and that they had separate rules. All in all, I was allowed to gamble (which you have to be 21 to do) but not drink (because I apparently wasn't 21). The whole ordeal wasted a ton of time of celebration for both me and my family. It was very clear that no one knew anything about protocol. It was quite literally depending on the person checking the ID at any given time rather than the rules of the casino. While our time wasn't completely ruined as we were able to take my ID to literally any other bar in Michigan and able to purchase a drink. It was very disheartening to be told something one minute and then be told something completely different a minute later. We were also double charged for the room upon leaving but was completely reimbursed 2 days later. However, due to this double charge, one of the bills that we had scheduled to come out at that...

We went on Senior Day to the South Bend Location. The new buffalo location is very similar. We had been there in the past several times in the last couple of years. The last 2 times I have visited the slots were very tight. spending $20 per machine and on many not even winning a dollar and no free games. It just isn't enjoyable when they don't pay out at least a small portion of what you put in. Usually we will eat a quick lunch after we arrive since it is a 2 hour drive. Sadly this last time they raised the price of the buffet to $36 per person. I think it was $22 before. That is quite the jump in price for no reason. Frankly, Seniors don't eat that much food, so instead of enjoying a meal with dessert, we ate at the Edgewater Cafe and had a $17 hamburger and French fries, that were served luke warm. They should have had a senior lunch special with a normal size burger. Seniors do not eat 1/2 pound burgers. We were the only people eating there at the time, so no reason to not have fresh food. And it took an hour to eat lunch, so that cut into our gambling time. I think they sent the waitress down to the buffet to get the food and bring it back to the restaurant which was quite a long walk for seniors to navigate. We had to walk over to the hotel side and take elevator to the 3rd floor. It was very hard to find, so maybe that is why they have little business.Overall, I will say I did not have enough fun to want to return. I will say that I will not go on senior day again. I think the slots tighten up when they invite older people, which doesn't make sense. We are on a fixed income. Older people just want to have fun also, and it isn't all about winning, the overall experience matters. Overpriced cold food is a buzzkill. They need to learn who their customers are. I heard a lot of grumbling from other patrons and no winning bells going off. I have a feeling we were not the only disappointed consumers that day. Local people may visit often, but those of us who travel to get there don't want to be disappointed. Also, it was my birthday, so they double your points, but it takes 48 hours for them to show up. All of my points from the last time I went magically...

Second time visiting this beautiful casino after visiting 2 years ago. Absolutely love the decor throughout and the fabulous grounds. Everything is well cared for including the flower gardens to the inside structure. The casino area was the biggest improvement over these 2 years since I was here. It is brighter and has ALL the up-to-date slot machines and plenty of them. I recently visited Las Vegas and they didn't have all the newest games, so I was very impressed with Four Winds Casino selection of new slots. During my 6-day vacation, I came back to Four Winds numerous times and it wasn't boring any of the days. Payouts were large and frequent; you could play for hours without losing much and it wasn't overcrowded. It is a nonsmoking casino, but they do have a beautiful area indoors to go to and they will let you smoke outdoors. Food was pretty good at Timbers and was very good at the buffet. Tried to eat at Kankakee Grill, but no luck. It either was closed for the day or had awful dinner hours throughout the week. As for all the restaurants at Four Winds, well it was VERY tricky to find anything open after 9 pm during the week. (A bit better on weekends) As everything in New Buffalo closes early, many restaurants here have many "days NOT open" and constant changing of dining hours for each restaurant. It made it very hard and FRUSTRATING to get anything to eat after 9:30 pm. Timbers was a safe bet to find something to eat, but even they had their issues. Long lines to wait in because many of the other restaurants closed early and forced customers to Timbers. I waited over an hour to get a hamburger. So, unless the stars line up with the planets just right and/or you eat before 10 pm, make sure you have other plans for getting food. Actually, this is just nonsense and it needs to change. So, while the restaurants are not very promising or reliable, the main floor casino was very good. I enjoyed playing the games at Four Winds Casino and will do so again next year.

My wife and I went here for a concert at their venue, Silver Creek Event Center, and stayed the night. There was a self check-in option which I think would've been quicker; however, as we've never stayed there before, we elected to use a person to check in. There was a short wait, but not too bad. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view. It had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Kurieg with some k-cups. You likely won't find any bargains though, I think we paid around $330 for one night, and there was no room service when we stayed if that matters to you. They did have an outdoor pool area and a fitness center. Neither of us are big gamblers so I can't speak much to that experience, except to say that they did have a lot of machines and table games to choose from. I do love that it's a smoke free casino (there are designated smoking rooms if you are a smoker). There are also places to hang out if you want to do something other than gamble. There is a sports betting area to sit and watch sports (with a bar if you want to order a drink), a restaurant on the casino floor, Timbers, if you want to stop and eat, and other bars also located on the casino floor. They also have a Steakhouse, Kankakee River Grill, a buffet, a coffee shop, and other gift shops. We elected to eat at Timbers and the service for food was SLOW. If you're going to an event and want to eat beforehand, better get there plenty early, like at least an hour maybe more. We enjoyed the concert, the show was very good. I would recommend sitting in the back if you're going to a concert as they have stadium seating in the back and it's comfortable. It looked like just banquet chairs up front. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, all of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only downsides I would say are that it's not cheap and the food service is slow.

I’m leaving 2 stars instead of just one because I have good memories from the last time I was at Four Winds for mine and my husband’s first wedding anniversary. However, that was over 6 and a half years ago now. More recently, my younger sister’s bachelorette party visited the casino this past Saturday evening. BACHELORETTE PARTIES BEWARE. THE CASINO DOES NOT WANT YOU THERE. I WOULD THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE TAKING YOUR GROUP TO FOUR WINDS. There are great restaurants in the downtown area of New Buffalo. Go there instead. I repeat, go there instead. At Four Winds, DJs won’t play your song requests. You will get yelled at for celebrating too loudly. You will get thrown out for “being overserved” with no remorse (ie a bridesmaid’s mother with a vision disability). You will get yelled at for how you throw the dice and for an article of clothing touching the table. I believe from the moment our group of 10 walked in there, we were not welcome. I was a card holder at the casino, however I will not be going back. Even if it was just my husband and I, we will not be going back due to the discrimination my younger sisters best friends mother faced over her disability even when it was brought to the attention of the manager of security. Side note: Timothy’s restaurant in downtown New Buffalo - AMAZING. Highly highly recommend their food and their atmosphere.
