Chelsea B. helped me on my first visit and she as well as the other wonderful staff I encountered are why I am making this my new regular dispensary.

I was looking for quality, not quantity. Chelsea gave excellent recommendations and made me feel like she was genuinely excited about helping me, not just being giddy about getting someone high.

If you visit her, do not pick anything out yourself. Let Chelsea curate your experience and you will be more than happy. Don't be nercous to describe exactly what you've experience and what you are looking for. It might feel weird at first, but Chelsea is exceptionally intuitive and receptive, let her help. Also, I must add that the house edible gummies I was given to try are the best tasting CANDY, not just edible, I have had in a long time. The effect was just as good as the taste and just as described. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough!

My second visit, I only came in to buy glass for flower and was helped by Donald. He is an incredible personality and wealth of knowledge plus experience. I didn't purchase anything, but that's because Donald genuinely tried to help me, not just sell me something I would regret.

My third visit, I was helped by Brian. He has an awesome welcoming attitude and I felt as though he genuinely took my feedback about brands I've tried and what Chelsea recommended me. He gave me his honest feedback and recommendations, it felt like the easiest conversation ever. That's nice considering how many different brands and dispos that are around here nowadays, it can get overwhelming. His recommendations are phenomenal and even though I mentioned I am not concerned with price, just quality, he reinforced that I try a brand I overlooked because the sale price made it seem undesirable in terms of quality. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised! That's what I get for trusting Brian. I'll be happy to do so again.

These three individuals are the people I remember by name, but each member of staff I've had the pleasure of meeting has gone above and beyond to be welcoming. Special shoutout to my man at the front desk who checks me in, he is the first impression everyone has of your staff. He should be recognized for how pleasant he has been. I've visited a lot of dispensaries, nobody has ever recognized me walking in for the second time. Attention to detail is everything and that position deserves as much credit as the bud tenders! Also, first time shoppers are so overwhelmed walking into a dispo, I remember the feeling. It's important for the front of house staff to understand how much of an impact they have on the overall customer experience. Well done sir!

New Buffalo never ceases to amaze me. Ive been making trip from Iowa to Michigan for a couple of years, but had never gotten as far as Ann Arbor to hit IE there. I was STOKED when I saw they were coming to New Buffalo. Made my first trip today, and had the pleasure of meeting Ashton. From start to finish Ashton was professional and extremely knowledgeable about cannabis. I wont lie, in ALL of the trips ive made to various dispensaries from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and now New Buffalo, Ashton is the first one that is actually worthy of the title of bud tender. He's got great taste in glass pendys, knows how to smoke properly and hooked us up good. I dont know that I'll ever go to another dispensary in NB again. I was also pleasantly surprised that they sent me home with some ice packs for my hash, this has never been offered, even when purchasing MUCH more than I did here. Things like this just set IE another notch above the other shops. From start to finish, I have nothing negative to say about the place.

After a long drive home, smoked some of the Kimber Slice from Voyage Bloom that he suggested as well as dab of Original Z and both are off the charts. IE lives up to every ounce of hype they get.
