City Market Pharmacy — Attraction in New Castle

The worst pharmacy! The employees are rude. Extremely uncaring! The worst one is Antoinette. Every time I go in she is beyond rude and acts like I'm inconvenienceing her by trying to pick up my medicine. My family gets the same attitude I get when they go in as well. I've tried to bring this situation to the managers attention several times and nothing ever gets done about it. I haven't once heard back from anyone about my concerns. It's like she's aloud to act like this. I had transferred my prescriptions here from Walgreens out of convenience but am in the process of having them sent back. I'd rather go 20mins out of my way then to be treated like garbage. The only two who seem to do a good job is one who only works occasionally and Rain. If you want rude service absolutely go here. I really want to give the pharmacy 5 stars (10 if you went that high). They have a stressful job and I see the customers treat them more rudely than the staff treating the customers, as one comment stated. I would like them to get recognition by their upper management and corporate as well.

They are very short when they answer the phone and put you on hold but as a customer, I don’t want to get to the window and they are too busy on the phone.
