EverPresent — Attraction in New Haven

I had some of my parents’ old 35mm slides digitized. EverPresent's consultants were with me every step of the way explaining the process from pick up/drop off, digitizing, cleaning, and how I would eventually be able to view our treasures. I highly recommend this service if you have memories you would like to view. My consultant was upfront from the beginning with the cost which is not “inexpensive”, however, a plus for me is that now I will be able to store these memories in “the cloud”. EverPresent’s consultants help you decide which viewing/storage options work best for your situation. Our family slides were sitting in a cardboard box with no hope of being viewed and possibly a chance of being ruined. Now our family can see my parents’ pictures and enjoy hearing about...

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were exactly what I was looking for when I found an album from the 1940s in a family member's home. The album was not in the best condition (very fragile and crumbling) so I was nervous about sending it off. I was able to talk to numerous, helpful representatives who talked me through the entire process. I was confident in a semi-local company and after the estimate was very reasonable, I decided to go with their services. The finished, scanned product is perfect and better than I could have imagined. The EverPresent team has such a mindfulness for detail and scanned even small slips of paper that I didn't notice slipped into the cover of the album. This company exceeded expectations and I will be using their services again...

A great company and great service! The drop off was easy at Trumbull Mall. I had a box of 82 different videos on various formats: VHS, small tape, large tape, small disks, large disks - even reels! From about 1953 to 2010! All a mess in a box! But EverPresent got them all sorted, put in order, labeled, and online and on a flash drive. It is amazing to share with my siblings and children - all our childhoods, my mom and dad alive and healthy...My children and nieces from infants to young women! All in one place - forever! I HIGHLY recommend...
