Wow based on reviews I hope I get a new Caesars Room with seven Star suite upgrade.Hope I get dining comp at Ruth’s Chris or Mannings. Hope I get a pot of coffee delivered to my room each morning. Hope the slots random number generator at 98%. Hope the gumbo in casino is tasty. Hope the drink servers appreciate my generous cash tips. Hope Mothers Kitchen is open and no line. Hope my invitation to high roller seven Star members show up. Hope it was worth forfeiture of my comp Vegas Trip to travel to Caesars NOLA. Hope the two Hosts will respond to my emails. Hope the bollards are working. Updates are my Hopes were dashed when the two Caesars Entertainment hosts did not response to my emails. The Hotel Front Desk claimed they would not honor my Seven Star Card Member( $750,000.00 cash in slot machines in 12-month time period plus formal invite only) Room Upgrade because no room in Caesars Nobu Hotel were available. * I advised that I checked the Caesars App and on-line and there were rooms and vacancies, also there were no parades, no pro or college football games, no basketball Pels game it any other local major events BUT I digress…still very nice and acknowledged my concerns. Too rainy, cold, windy for outside walks so no neighborhood eateries. On the plus-side, Caesars Casino Rewards staff was kind and helpful, Casino drink servers were prompt and appreciated cash tips with ten star rating. Slots RNG & RTP were above average and allowed several thousand Tier Points accrual. Casino restaurants, especially Nina’s was combined great food choices, tasty, fare prices plus great customer service. Pizza Cake has best pep pizza slices of the 20+ casinos visited. Had amazing BJs BEC sandwich, muffins and coffee. BUT coffee cups had soaked thru the bottom and onto my clothes. I’ll drink it faster next time…Casino has ID check point at every entrance which ensures my safety concerns as no inside security patrol presence. I HOPE I will return to Caesars New Orleans as a guest in the new Caesars NOBU Hotel. HOPE Caesars Rewards Marketing Team will provide me with reasonable Food Credit comp for various food choices and Free Slot Play based on my Slot Play cash-in, Tier Points earned and 2600+ mile plus 16+ hours Round trip flights.

My fiancée has been a loyal guest at this hotel for years but this was my first visit and the first impression was very poor. When I began to inspect the room, I noticed rice on the food tray and something sticky. The wall beside the desk had something splattered all over it. In the bathroom, there was a dried contact lens on one of the shelves. The shelf in the bathroom with the coffeemaker had a good amount of dried coffee residue. The toilet had a long hair on it. Later that evening, I noticed many short curly hairs in the shower, which I assumed to be pubic hairs. The bed sheet had a red stain. We checked in late in the evening, so I cleaned the room well and made it comfortable enough for the night. The next morning, around 9:30am, we responded to a text asking if we needed anything. We asked the sheets be changed, the trash be emptied, and we be given extra towels and washcloths. I had already cleaned the room with the cleaning supplies I brought and didn’t want the housekeeping staff to touch anything else. When we returned after 3:00pm that afternoon, the room had not been attended to. We spoke to the front desk that assured us they would make sure someone took care of our requests. They did not know why the requests had not already been fulfilled. We left out again. When we returned again after 10:00pm, it appeared that the bed had been made but the sheets not changed, since the red stain was still there. We thought the trash cans had not been emptied because the nearly overflowing trashcan in the main living space had not been emptied. We later discovered the bathroom trash had been emptied but the living space trash had been left full. Instead of receiving extra towels and washcloths, we received a fresh set, but not additional towels and washcloths as requested. (As an aside, the "fresh"washcloth I ended up using was badly worn and tore into a massive hole while I used it to shower that night). I went down to speak to the manager and explained the numerous issues we had with the cleanliness of the room and lack of attention to the requests we had made at 9:30am that morning, including changing the sheets. The manager said he would relay our issues to the housekeeping manager and she would contact us the following week since he didn’t know her schedule for the weekend. He added a $100 dining credit to our room (we ended up getting overharged on our dining bill but let it slide) and said he would send someone up with fresh sheets and to empty the trash cans. A while later someone came and emptied the trash and brought sheets, but he did not bring enough sheets to fully make the bed. While we waited for more sheets to be brought, we stripped the bed and found out that the red stain we thought was on the sheet was actually on the comforter and it wasn’t just one stain, the entire comfortable had red stains all over it. We called the assistant manager (the manager had left for the evening) and emailed him pictures of the stains as well. He had someone bring us up a new comforter. However, the staff that brought the sheets and comforter did not have a bag to take away the stained comforter and dirty sheets. He was supposed to come back with a bag but never did so we set them outside our door in the morning. Our stay was almost 3 weeks ago and we still have not heard from the housekeeping manager about our experience. The bottom line is the room was not cleaned sufficiently, the person who inspected the room for cleanliness did not inspect it sufficiently, our requests to address some of the issues were ignored, and housekeeping management has not contacted us. This hotel is dated. The rooms need refreshing, and clearly, the housekeeping staff does a subpar job. In addition, the rooms have a refrigerator, but not a microwave and there is no access to a microwave for guest use, so there is no way to eat any leftovers you may bring back to the room or re-heat anything you may have delivered. There are many other hotels in the area, nicer hotels at that. I would recommend you explore those instead.

Update: I am happy to report that the manager finally did get back to us, and we have agreed that this stay wasn't what we have experienced in the past. I am looking forward to staying here again, hopefully with a better outcome. I honestly don't even know where to start with this review. It was one of the worst hotel stays that I have ever had, and I have had some bad ones. It's interesting that the only reviews that are responded to at this hotel are the positive ones - if you have an issue, they ignore you. We had been planning this trip for a year, and because we have had great stays here before we booked again at this location, paying for an upgraded room, and an upper floor with a view. When we checked in, neither was available and we ended up on one of the lowest floors, overlooking the parking garage. When I questioned this, they said they don't guarantee where the room will be - what??? then what did I pay for? The room was literally falling apart, and because it was a handicap equipped room, a lot of the amenities were not available. When I went back downstairs and said this wasn't acceptable, they said we could change rooms first thing the next day. The next day we went down to check on our room, and the person at the front desk said that there was nothing in the notes about the issues the previous day, but they would see what they could do, and they would call or text us when our new room was ready. No calls or texts so we interrupted out day to go BACK to the hotel, and again, was told there was no record of the issues or requests. This happened two more times, and I asked for a manager. The woman who came out was downright hostile, told us that she was going to have Kespre - the only person who even tried to help us "severely reprimanded", that they never gave upgrades, and that there were was nothing that they were going to do. Even though she represented herself as a manager, it turned out that she wasn't. This never did get resolved, the real assistant manager that I finally got to talk to at 1 am after yet again I couldn't sleep from bad pizza and bad experiences made offers that when we checked out yet again didn't materialize. Instead of the city or river view we were promised, we got to look out at a wall, and the room had almost as many issues. We overheard numerous employees sharing that because the Super Bowl was going to be in New Orleans, the only thing that mattered was getting the new hotel building completed -they had been told not to fix or address anything else. Even though we had been told that the hotel was overbooked - one of the reasons we weren't given the room that had been promised - this hotel only had two of the six elevators working, one of which had not been working for over a year because "the company didn't want to spend the money." To me, this was a huge safety issue as we were waiting over 30 minutes to use an elevator. I don't want to even think what could have happened. I have included photos to show that even though the employees indirectly said that none of this happened, it did.Calling my integrity into question was the final straw. I hope that sharing this can be a teaching moment for the staff to elevate their professionalism for the next guest. If you are planning on staying at this hotel before or during the Super Bowl I would get everything in writing, and be sure to get the names of who you are speaking to - they will deny it later. What you are promised might very well not match your actual experience.

Everything as a complete nightmare! I don’t even know where to start! We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary on yesterday and, unfortunately, the Ceaser’s hotel and valet department ruined that for us! We had reservations for a very high end steakhouse in the city which we missed because, our key to our room was not working. My husband has a bad knee and he had to go downstairs a total of 7 times for another set of keys that continued to not work! Then all of a sudden, the door completely stop working! So we go back downstairs 23 floors down and explain to the young lady our actual door is not working. She was very nice actually all of the front desk representative were nice! The hotel had to get an engineer to let us in our room with our personal items in there which took a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes! So, Chris the supervisor very nice gentleman very understanding very apologetic, comped our room and dinner at Ruth Chris which was so nice of him because we had a rough time being it was our 5th year anniversary and we did not see things turning out like this for us. So after that rough time, we decided to just head home around 2am because we were just exhausted from everything. We get to valet window and the young lady was so rude! She was the nastiest most rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life! We explained that the supervisor Chris took care of everything for us first of all, her first encounter with us was so rude she didn’t even greet us or acknowledge us when we walked up to the glass window. Her response about the ticket being comped was “well I don’t know no Chris he not my manager” I don’t even know what y’all talking about! I responded there have to be a Chris somewhere in a joking way we were dealing with him for over an hour. My husband politely explained to her about what happen and why it was comped her response was “well I don’t know about that” we then asked for a manager her response was “there is none here so I don’t know what to do” I walked off went into the lobby to explain to front desk what’s going on their response was “sure we’ll get your key let me speak with valet”. Here comes Tasha into the lobby “I don’t know what she talking about referring to me as “she” very disrespectful again I don’t know Chris he’s not in my department you can’t get mad because I don’t know Chris” I just couldn’t believe my eyes and ears!!! She then tried to square up with me once I left the lobby to avoid her nasty rude mouth, she proceeded to address in a rude manner that’s when my husband corrected her and said “that’s my wife mam please address her in a more respectful manner” I literally didn’t do this lady ANYTHING! Her demeanor gave off she didn’t wanna work or be at work and we were disturbing her from watching videos eating snacks on her phone. Our mom and us spends way too much money with this casino to be treated the way we were!

We were in town for work at the convention and decided to take advantage of room specials. Rooms are spacey and the bathrooms have a large tub with a close door toilet for privacy. We loved our room with the river view! All employees were professional and kind. The lobby is beautiful. Many restaurants and bar options in walking distance. Parking and casino are a walkway away and feel safe. They do charge for parking but, if you play at the casino for a bit, parking is free. They have a players card kiosk next to the garage elevators. If you played enough you can swipe and find free parking in the promotions part of your account. The location is prime and walking distance to many tourist spots. Lots of people out daily. Shops and restaurants in walking distance (1-7 blocks walking). The casino was good to us with! We had at least one hand pay and several pays over 800$ (Slot play). There have several table games. Sports book area is large and lively. Lots of screens. Poker room available. They have a DJ on weeks that gets the area live in the evening! Lots of bars. You can order a drink from your slot machine with a players card however, it may take a while. Two designated smoking areas with slots in an outdoor space. You do see questionable individuals later in the evening walking around. Outside of the casino. We stuck to the walkway near the garage for direct access to the casino. You can tell the vallet and bell hops keep people for lingering. If you are ordering food/delivery the address doesn't match the true hotel location. Be sure to leave details for delivery. I definitely recommend! Loved our stay!

Received an offer to stay at the new hotel. I’m born and raised in New Orleans. My offer clearly advertised the new hotel and the representative over phone at booking seemed to imply that it was. So, just to be clear, I asked him and he said yes. Only to get there and was told that we were at the wrong hotel and the offer was for the Harrah’s hotel. However, front desk offered us an upgrade. Since we were expecting to stay at the new hotel, we paid for the upgrade for three nights. I called Caesar’s to let them know about my experience and someone was supposed to call me back within 72hrs, but no one has called yet. These people are all about the money and doesn’t care about your experience. Some of the workers are rude and not knowledgeable about the place. It appears as though the employees are not happy with their jobs because it’s hard to see anyone with a natural smile on their face. As of my visit in April 2025, there’s no swimming pool. The room was nice with the view, but being that it’s a new hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to have scuff marks on the walls, missing/chip paint on the bathroom door frame, loose shower door handle and a dirty shower door. Oh, no iron in the room only a handheld steamer. I need an iron. Our clothes were not as crisp as we like them. Maybe I could’ve requested one, but didn’t have time to wait. We ended up going home after our first night.
