Second time with this company. Last one was in Nashville, TN. Easy to sign up online, signed waiver forms online as well prior to appointment. Did this on a whim with a total of 6 of us. Depending on the escape room, 8-12 players max. In this case, we ended up joining two additional people who signed up separate. I believe to make it totally private you’d have to call in advance or buy the rest of the tickets. Otherwise, not a confirmed “private” session. Staff overall were friendly at the front desk. This time around, the staff person who went over instructions with the group didn’t seem that enthused, which can be off-putting for a group who has been hyped up or even those who aren’t. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star. Otherwise, during the session, it was nice to have unlimited access clues by pressing a button. Appreciated that during the session, it allows players to leave and return for bathroom breaks or in general, like claustrophobic individuals, as it can be a tight squeeze with 8+ people depending on the room size. We have done one together before, and noticed this time we were given “I Escaped” stickers, which is awesome. Last time we were not given anything. We had the option of buying the t-shirt as well if desired. It would be nice though if they offered to take a group picture though, or have a wall or props to celebrate the win! I’ve personally done escape rooms in the past where we took pics, either if we won or not. If there was also a hashtag to use, should we end up posting our pics of loss or win on a social media platform. It was fun and would recommend to others! #theescapegame #neworleans...

Do not leave New Orleans without scheduling atleast one of these escape rooms. My fiancé & I completed 3 in one weekend and they were absolutely amazing. We are Escape Room gurus, and these rooms are complex, well thought out & MULTI ROOM.

(I can’t remember the first rooms name. It was fun, but wasn’t our vibe since it was booked with other people.)

Playground - This game was everything! It brought out our inner child & challenged our elementary education 🤣 We completed this room privately & I will say that it’s more difficult with 2 people, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.

Jailbreak - This was difficult with two people! You start off in two jail cells separately & rely on your partner to escape your room. Amazing for team building!

Overall, we 10/10 recommend!! The staff was amazing! Customer service was amazing! I’m terrible with remembering names, but the person working at the counter all day Friday & Saturday was amazing & needs a RAISE, employee of the month, commission, etc. He persuaded us to spend $300 on 3 escape experiences in one weekend & we had no regrets! Thank you for the...

WOW! My girlfriend and I are visiting New Orleans for the weekend and got stuck with a rainy day and thought “whats a better thing to do than an escape room?” We first did the heist, not planning on doing another one, however our game master, Skyler, was kind enough to let us tour another room. Immediately after we knew we wanted to do another escape room. We booked the Special Ops Room, and ended up having the most unexpected heartfelt experience. My girlfriend and I kept making jokes about the lemons in the room, and after we had escaped, Skyler and Cass had printed us out our own personalized card, a lemon to take home, and even Cass’s first pin that she had gotten from working there. They were the kindest, most caring employees we had ever encountered in any establishment, and we don’t just throw that compliment around. Their attention to detail and personal touch is what will bring us back again and we are so grateful to have an experience where something so small could have a lasting impact on us. If you’re thinking about booking a room, DEFINITELY do it. Thank you so much...
