The manager "Rizze M." Was down right rude! One he messed up our bill from the beginning. He double charged us! The sweet girl haley who works there. Found the mistake and fixed the promblem. She even had the money credited back to us! Then something happened with our bill 2 months later. Somehow we were over charged. Haley was not there. But there a nice younger gentleman. He tried to help but needed a manager. The joke of manager was to busy not listening and arguing with me; then to fix the issue. Finally I haf enough and ask if i can call corporate. (i am not pulling a Karen.) The gentleman from Metro PCS phone was amazing! Not only were we over charged again! We were on the wrong plan. He fixed everything and We are very happy with our service again!!!! Thank you to metro pcs phone customer service. As for the excuse for a manager. A formal complaint was logged against you. Metro has contacted me again, trying to find out why I was orginally double charged. You do not argue or put customers down! Even if i was wrong (which i was not) there are ways to help. They lied to me, added 4 lines without telling me, upgraded my phone without explaining that I would not be able to return it, removed my name from my own account, refused to sell me a cheaper phone because I had already ordered a Pixel phone and they knew if they forced me to upgrade, I would not be able to return my phone, increased my monthly bill and changed my plan without explaining or getting permission. Thank God the company saw all the things they were doing on my account. I spent hours on the phone with MetroPCS supervisors who set up a case and are now investigating them. MetroPCS instantly changed my account back to normal with one line and reduced the payment back to what it was. Magically my FB account was hacked the next day. Currently I am reporting them to the Florida state's attorney's office concerning consumer fraud. They will not allow you to talk to their regional manager or give you any way to contact them. They said the regional manager wouldn't allow them to refund my account. They never called a regional manager while I was there. Really sad people in 2024 think it's ok to rip off some old guy who just needed a phone to log in. I hope it was worth them ripping me off right...
Read moreI hate to give local businesses bad reviews but every time I went into Metro PCS off US1 in NSB, I NEEDED A NEW PHONE(Especially since I have been with them over 1yr. BUT all they keep telling me was it would be"CHEAPER" to get 2 phones!!! Idk MANY ppl that NEED 2 PHONES at 1 time!! And when I didn't make a decision THAT DAY, the guy I was dealing with CALLED ME (left a VM bcuz I didn't know the # that was calling. So it was the guy "hounding me" about when I would be back in to get a phone!! I mean 1st they really DON'T have any GREAT UPGRADE SPECIALS!! NO MATTER HOW LONG U HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER!! And when I 1st went to get a phone from Metro, the lady didn't even let ME PICK THE PHONE!! And I went back about 2days after I got WHATEVER PHONE THE LADY THERE "THOUGHT" I would like and Metro STILL didn't help me!! I'm really only with them bcuz I'm on disability n they have the Cheapest Plans...I give them CREDIT for that!! Just be nice to walk in if u don't like the phone that was"chosen" for u OR if u have been a customer for over a yr, as a Thank u to mine and everyone else's, we should be ABLE to UPGRADE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY N ARM & LEG!!
