VICTORIA 1883 — Hotel in New Smyrna Beach

There are not enough words to express how amazing this B&B is! My husband and I came here for our private elopement this past week, and it was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. First and foremost, the owner Fabiola and her team are the sweetest, most caring people who really have a vested interest in their guests and their experiences. She helped to coordinate details, and went well above and beyond in setting up decorations and making our ceremony as beautiful as we imagined. It really helped to set our minds at ease, and I can say that that would be incredibly valuable for a much larger wedding as well!

Regarding the house itself, they have made incredible renovations while still preserving the history. The rooms are gorgeous, and attention to detail is apparent in every decoration and accent. We stayed in the Sheldon, their honeymoon suite, and it was perfect. Clean, dreamy comfortable beds, a soaking claw foot tub, and a private balcony to relax and look over the grounds and the river. Would stay here again a million times over.

The food was also delicious! They make a different breakfast each morning for their guests, which includes a hot plate (for us was Italian style egg bake one morning, and spinach, Canadian Bacon, and cheese frittata another morning), plus fruit and yogurt and baked goods. Honestly better than most breakfast restaurants I've ever been to.

It really seems that there's nothing they can't do! If you are considering this venue for an elopement or wedding, I highly encourage you to jump on the opportunity before they are booked for months at a time, because they absolutely will be as they become more well known! Our wedding weekend was truly incredible. The on-site accommodations were stunning, comfortable, and allowed us to have our wedding party together under one roof. The entire team treated us and our guests with warmth and professionalism, making us feel completely at home.

A special thank you to Chef Mark, whose food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. His commitment to excellence and service was evident in every bite. As a touching final gesture, the team even donated our leftover food and flowers to local nursing homes and churches. This perfectly reflects the spirit of this venue.
