I ordered a cup in March 2024. I got told a 2 week turn around Iâd get it. Never got it I was messaging them multiple times a day and know one would answer I finally commented on a post and someone responded. June 4 it still says itâs processing this is more than 2 weeks I wasnât upset cause it wasnât an emergency to have the cup. I finally got a response later that night saying it was finished and she was letting it sit and get it out the next day. Next day comes around and there is nothing saying it has shipped. June 19th I messaged and no one answer. Message June 23rd and they replayed saying it was yellow and saying she sent me a message that I never got and she was taking precautions so it wouldnât âmeltâ. July 1st itâs finally shipped! But gets lost somehow in UPS. I message her on July 3rd 5th and 9th. Finally get an answer 19th. And family things happen but you should still answer your work messages my manger does when sheâs off. July 16th. The one Iâm supposed to get is still at the shop mind you Iâve been waiting since March. So it gets lost I message back and fourth multiple times I FINALLY got one August 15th 5 MONTHS after I was supposed to get it. This is poor customer service. Next time if it breaks Iâm just getting one off Amazon it...
   Read more-10 stars!!! I ordered a Stanley in Jan. I was told 4-6 week wait time. Boy was that a lie. After waiting patiently I reached out on TikTok, Instagram, FB & the company site. Nothing back from them multiple times. Once I asked for a refund i got a response saying it will be shipped within the week. That week came and nothing. Reached out again and she said it's getting shipped today. I ended up getting a printed label number. Come to find out days later from UPS that she never dropped off my package. So once again I sent many emails. Weeks later she responds back saying it got lost. So I got another label created. Week later I get a cup but it was the wrong color. So I sent another email and she said oh so sorry I'll send the right one right away. That was a lie. Weeks later I got the right color I ordered but it had blue spots all over it and the bottom is all wonky and damaged. It wobbles when u set it down on a table. At that point I just gave up. This was such a train wreck and this owner needs to own up to her mistakes. She had horrible communication. Plus she shut off all her comments on her social media. And by the looks of people complaining on social media she refuses to refund people's money. Buyer def beware. Company should be ashamed...
   Read moreI made an order in September. I saw a couple more items almost two months later that I liked, so I made another order. Fast forward to mid-December, and I had neither of my small orders. I messaged with the owner and she said she was finishing some pens I ordered but both orders would ship Wednesday. Fast forward to Dec 22. I still havenât gotten my things. I had to initiate communication (again). She said she âwas planning on dropping my orders off the next day.â Who wouldnât communicate that? The next day I received and heard nothing until past 7pm. She said she had an emergency at her house âbut would still make it.â I didnât see the message until after 9p, but still had nothing. I just told her to bring it by the next day (Christmas Eve) if that worked better for her. I finally got both my orders late Christmas Eve morning. However, the shirt I received was so thin, and the epoxy on one of the two pens I ordered was so messed up. I was gonna gift both of the pens to my sister but wonât give her a messed up pen, so Iâm keeping that one. I will say I ordered a tumbler that looks amazing, and so far I love it.
