His name is Martin at the 25 Remsen Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203. Martin in my opinion is a very polite older gentleman who assisted me during a very difficult whilst storing some of my possessions at your storage facility. HE exhibit the qualities of a well trained sales individual which was clearly a result.of years passed experience with other companies. He attempted handling the issues that I have experienced with your moving company. Although the most of the situations that occurred was out of his control due to a dream down of communication between, corporate, staff and the information emitted to your customers through their advertisement. Martin helped to make the situation much more.bearable due to strong abilities of his previous training in customers service. I will strongly have him be promoting and given the responsibilities of the head of training in customers servicing department. I will also suggest that your corporate department to fo back to the true reason of their existence and be retrain which should be a mandatory every 2 months as to stay up to speed with the changing needs of your customers.. Corporate also needs to be in synced with the staff so as to present a uniformal bonds, rules, policies and proper price structures given to said customers. In customer service.Each and every customers need should be set at a forefront and if those customers needs are not met and rectified in a speedily and expeditious manner. One will possess an unsatisfied customer and said customers will exist your company and move on. If is continues.equals no customers. Equals no business.    Read moreI had a lot of issues during my time at CubeSmart, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
After six months, I discovered mouse droppings all over my belongings. I was under the impression that the facility would be vermin-free, but that was clearly not the case. Now, Iâm concerned about what I might be bringing into my home. Iâve had a storage unit here before, for years, and never experienced this problem (I had gotten one when this location just opened).
On top of that, they kept hiking up the price month-to-month. While I expected some changes, the increases were extreme, confusing, and felt predatory. Iâm thankful for Steve, who was willing to listen and make adjustments or seek approval to adjust pricing, but this happened multiple times, which added to my frustration.
I also had repeated issues with communication. In September and October, I went to the office twice and asked to be put back on automatic payment. Both times, the request wasnât processed properly, even when I asked for confirmation the second time. This resulted in fees that I shouldnât have incurred.
What made it worse was how they handled my account during this period. The first time, they put one of their locks on my unit because of a payment issue caused by their failure to confirm my automatic payment. The second time, they actually broke and removed my personal lock and replaced it with one of theirs. This was super confusing because it didnât align with the situation. They did provide me with a new lock for free, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was stressful and unnecessary.
While the staff made overtures to help when things went wrong, these issuesâincluding the rodent problem, excessive price hikes, and poor communicationâmade this experience terrible. I would strongly advise going somewhere else. Save yourself...

I was not able to get my issue resolved. The replies here below, ask for me to contact support, but that re-directs to the very same store manager that will fight like hell to protect their team and store at all costs. I have to pay $500+ fees oh and late fees. Originally my bill was $125/mthly.**
Unbelievable! You guys got me good- misinformed info costs me 3 late fees+" "administrative fee" a.ka Lein Fee [ adds up to a whopping $500+ due now) --- and 2 really bad remarks to my credit report this morning from CubeSmart at Remsen Ave.These comments have to be a combination of friends, colleagues, family and few customers. There is NO WAY this location is respectfully and honestly a 4.7 STAR rating earned. When will you improve management?
I will pay and leave, even if I just had 1 item in there. This is ridiculous. I really wish I took time to shop around and read all the reviews for this CubeSmart location before just looking for convenience here. My mind told me to go with storage at PIECE OF CAKE before chosing you guys, but now-- a lie/misinformed information costs me $500 and change. I spoke to you guys already and was told the fees will not be removed. I wonder if the General Manager ever looks at these reviews and feedback at this location. Smh.
