Just off to the end of Eeastern Parkway in Brooklyn, there is a great community park created for multipurpose activities.

Even though I know the park, I had never been there before. But last week during Fashion Week on September, 14th. I went to a fashion show by Designer Bweela Steptoe and discovered this beautiful gem in the neighborhood.

The park has lots of green spaces and paved areas. I consider this the ideal model of a public park. There are areas for skateboarding and rollerblading. Alongside are tennis and racquetball and basketball courts. And on the southern end, there are fields for soccer, baseball and football. Plus trails for walking and running and complimented by wide tree lined promenades...

Nice place to workout, jog or enjoy some greenery buy today was the Labor Day Parade Breakfast and wow was it fantastic. It's the first time in 2 years Scince the last full Labor Day Parade. This is just a pre event to the full celebration 🍾 Everyone was in attendance and it was a blessing to be able to attend such a prestigious event. I was honored by the whole experience. Enjoy the Labor Day experience I know I did and that's a fact. Blessings to all I hope these photos does the event some kind of justice. I am sure I missed many people but I did get some great shots of most of the attendees. Peace Love and...

It is a beautiful park(since the renovation) and close to home. My neighbor and I have been walking our dogs in the park for well over a month. We enter the park on Rochester and Crown. Unfortunately, the garbage is constantly overflowing and it was littered with firework and other debris. When I went to the park on 7/16/20, I noticed a dead cat. I spoke with one of the park workers and she stated that she would take photos and send it to the appropriate people that handle dead animals. Today is 7/19/20 and as of 7:30am, the cat is still in the park. I called 311 to alert them of the parks condition. This...

I like coming here with the kids we've been coming here since we were on the lockdown, and hardly anybody was out and about, I would bring them here because it s walking distance from my house. I just like the open space and the different parts where the kids could run around they can roll in the grass and not be bothered by anyone. And now my son loves skating, so there is a big area where he can skate around, not bumping into stones and sticks and other people, I like it.

The park could be cleaner, however I really like that fact that it has various aspects--very nice play ground, handball/netball courts, chess/checker tables, lots of benches and a section where there is a painted baseball diamond and two-lane track. I'm not sure of the distance for the track, but I think it's less than a quarter mile. While Betsy Head is under construction, this is a fair enough option to get laps in.

One of the Crown Jewels of Crown Heights, Lincoln Terrace is an absolute vision. Grassy areas for laying out, tennis and basketball courts, bbqing areas, playgrounds, a large open ground area perfect for skating, what more could one ask for in a park?! Been in and around this park since I was in diapers. No matter the time of year, it’s always a vibe 🙌🏿❤️
