After ordering took me 27 minutes to receive my order . I was asking for my 12 pieces order over and over two staff told me something different and suddenly someone took my order first than me without they revising the ticket . The girl who took it brought back because it wasn’t spicy . They did not even apologize and after getting it 30 minutes later I was missing the fries . The chicken wasn’t well fried no crunchy either . They need to be more organized, and tell the staff double check before giving someone an order . Please take the time to serve the food well cooked

The store is always full of homeless people that management lets loiter on the premises. Workers are unprofessional at best. My last experience, I ordered two famous bowls and And mostly gravy with a spoonful of potatoes; and a cranberry sweet lightning Mountain Dew, but some type of orange drink instead. Uber eats denied a refund saying they could not find anything wrong with my order after investigation, the restaurant never answers their phone, and after writing corporate, they told me to reach out to Uber eats.

This is a follow up to a complaint that I made on 2/28 on KFC'S website about my visit to this KFC on 2/23 at around 7pm. The cashier who took my order and had no face mask on was talking over my food for the entire time while she was putting it into the containers. Also, when I first placed my order there was no "Hello may I help you. " She just addressed me in a bossy, rude tone of voice ordering me to step up to the window saying she couldn't hear me. I did not eat the meal but instead threw it in the trash as soon as I got outside because I am immunocompromised and didn't want to take a chance of getting sick. As of today, KFC still has not responded to my complaint. It's very unlikely that l will be eating...

This business is terrible & inhumane & completely disrespectful!!!! No respect towards people or customers !!! I worked at 2 kfc location 1 on fulton & nostrand& 1@ 458 utica ave. The worker at kfc 458 utica av i was jus inquiring bout my application status for follow up, & she was very rude for i stated to her i m looking to work for im taking care of my mom who is blind,& she is disrespect not only me, but my moms blindness!!! I told her i will file complaint against her, shes says i will never be investigated or fired! Never!! So i took action & made a complaint! I walked up to the pickup counter to get my personal mobile order. Stood there for 5 minutes while Jeun Alisson was taking and completing a customer's order. As soon as she was done and with noone else on line, I asked her to get my order. She stayed at the register and asked for my name. I politely asked her to come near me just knowing the prepared orders were closer to me and team members usually approach the pickup side of the counter when you need them.
