Extra Space Storage — Attraction in New York

I needed to move from an Extra Space storage facility in Massachusetts which was rented on a last minute need. The service there was excellent . From move in to move out. I needed to get a new storage unit here in Staten Island. I reviewed all my options and when I found out that there’s an Extra Storage facility right near my home I didn’t hesitate. Believe me, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff was so supportive. When our 24 hour access was denied all it took was a call to get help. Maria, came to our rescue at 11:30pm. She got us in and helped with our move in and made sure that everything was working with our access. I can’t say enough about how much she helped! The manager Maria is the most sweet, kind and professional person I have ever encountered when moving. Our experience was made so much smoother and easier because of the person she is. My wife and I went to rent a unit and were under a lot of stress and add 3 children to the mix it was even more stressful. She not only helped us with renting the perfect unit but she was so kind to our children which all have speical needs. She took her time to really make sure as a family that we were okay. She got us the best deal possible and made phone calls to make that happen when we needed support the most. This place is amazing. We dealt with Maria and she answered all of our questions and concerns. The facility is new and is very clean. I like that you are able to go from early in the am to 10 pm. I always feel safe when I’m there. The only down faults I have is that people lave the trolleys on different floors and it makes it hard to find one. The other thing is the entrance keypad at the entrance gate is hard to get from the car. But the first complaint has nothing to do with the facility.

Update: the facility became very dirty. The facility was always hot. Couldn’t trust that my stuff wasn’t going to get ruined by the humidity in that place. The only good thing from there was...
