Honestly besides the reviews talking about the bad service for the ladyâs attitude; I worked in a fast food restaurant and that was such a bad experience, customers being rude for no reason, and that will literally ruin our day, and sadly our humor too. Now imagine being a owner of a restaurant. Having to deal with a lot of people.
I understand that if youâre a owner of a restaurant you must be aware and be nice to customers no matter what. But at the end of the day weâre humans. :/
When I go to a place and the person behind the counter is giving me an attitude I just ignore it tbh. The lady is not mean for reason or being straight up rude; sheâs just misunderstood because even though she might come off as rude sheâs also being respectful.

We asked for Burritos. They gave us salads. We paid for drinks. We didn't get them. The order was more than one hour late. When it finally arrived, they left it outside without telling us. The food was cold.
I was very polite when I called. All I said was "hello, we received the wrong order." They said âhold onâ then hung up. I called back and their phone was turned off.
We could not get a refund for food and drinks that we paid for because they will not talk to us.
