Geo's Art Expression — Attraction in New York

Buyer beware. I have framed at least 5 portraits/ prints here. Recently one split at the seams and fell off the wall. Please note I paid 200+ for matting and framing. I returned to the shop and was told I needed to buy a new frame. Not sure how people give you something shotty, advise “ you should have purchased wood” and just take your money. I am so saddened by this experience as I have just thrown my money out the window. The owner asked what I expected him to do if I walked out the shop with the pic. How about compensate me, give me money back??The framing didn't last 3 months and the customer service was awful. Please don’t support this business. I have never had such an awful experience.
