5 stars, best service, best products, I have no regrets. Before I found Bobby at King Electronics I used to stress about where to buy phone cases and get my phone fixed. Now I know I don't need to keep buying new phone cases and I don't have to get my phone fixed every 2 months because he treats his customers with care and actually gets the job done! Bobby always treats me and my poor iPhone so good!! Before I got a phone case at his store, I used to break my phone so often but he would have it looking brand new within 30 minutes, every single time. And once I got a phone case and screen protector from his store, I never had to go back to fix my phone! There wasn't even a scratch on it for over 5 months until I got a new phone and that's really insane for someone like me who is prone to breaking their phone so often. It all goes to show that his products are extremely good quality for great prices. I just got the iPhone 13 and I headed straight to King Electronics because I knew I'd be able to trust Bobby to give me the best phone case and screen protector along with great service and good prices. I don't really write google reviews but I had to for King Electronics because the service here is unbeatable and Bobby has done god's work to make my life easier!!! OMG! I can’t be thankful enough to Bob and his team. My niece broke my MacBook Air screen and I called Apple to seek how much it will cost to get it fixed. I was told by both Apple store and Best Buy that it won’t cost less than $700 to get the whole screen replaced. I was so devastated by the news I received from them. I then went online and found KingElectronics and took my laptop over there. The owner of the store”Bob” was super nice and professional. He took in my laptop and within 3 days, he replaced the entire screen for an affordable price. My laptop rn looks so much new and nicely repaired. Thank you KingElectonics for the awesome work done. I am incredibly pleased with my visits to King's Electronics. After cracking the screen on my MacBook and receiving an $800 repair quote from a big chain store, I was relieved when my boyfriend recommended King's Electronics. They repaired my laptop for just $350! I dropped it off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday, as they needed to order a part. When I collected my computer, the technician demonstrated that the screen was working perfectly.
