New China Garden — Restaurant in New York

This is a brand new message in 2021 they just open up again from remodeling on their menu it says when you order a certain amount you get a free soda or something free I ordered way over the amount then he wants to tell me now they don't give no free soda that's false advertisement and they need to change that and when you order food they want to give you like to Duck Sauce but I done spent like $80 in food that's the only bad thing about them and that's why they lost my business cuz I will not go there and spend my money when I spend all that money and I'm supposed to get free stuff they need to start giving the free sodas and start giving the free perks when you order over a certain amount that's on the menu cuz if not I will call and report them until they change that they lost my business I will no longer be going to this...

I ordered a simple five chicken wings and shrimp fried rice on 04/¹⁷/2024 at 7:50pm and you know at 7:53pm my food was served? Psss, I checked it out and didn't notice there were no scallops in the rice which had just five pieces of shrimp! I ordered five chicken wings not this? Then I went home to eat and the chicken was fried but the rice wasn't it was like warm and smelled old, I fear from the garbage because it smelled really kind of bad and this was after I realized this halfway through the meal. I have only shopped there once before never noticed a problem. Poor food poor service this gets a 311 call. Possibly unhealthy business practices, very scary. Can't even trust these people but they can be in our country and call themselves indignified to us. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. God...

Ordered delivery. We had to come down to their car for pick up. One of our orders was incomplete. We called and they said the broccoli was in the chicken. We asked for a side of steamed broccoli with the chicken (never got that). we hung up because they were not admitting to their mistake just kept saying the broccoli is in the chicken, check the picture i added. We decided a few weeks later to give it another chance and order delivery. they said they wouldn't deliver to us and hung up on us. what a joke. they aren't the best chinese around so no worries on our end but not a clean place or good customer...
