If you want to be towed after 4 minutes, then come right to this Burger King. Came here on Saturday, 3/29/2025. This area of White Plains Road is busy with both foot and vehicle traffic. There was no parking anywhere within like. 3 block radius. So I did what I thought would be ok. I pulled up into the BK parking lot and parked up. My plan was to grab my food from the store across the street and then come into BK for something like a drink and/or a side. Tell me how I took no longer than 4 or 5 minutes ACROSS THE STREET just picking up my food and when I got back literally walking ACROSS THE STREET to the parking lot, my entire vehicle was gone and another vehicle was in the spot. I did not take longer than 4 or 5 minutes so that means for the tow truck to have taken my vehicle so fast without a trace and for other vehicles to be in the parking spot, it means somebody in that Burger King was hounding the cameras and couldn’t wait to ruin someone’s day and have them towed. The tow guy even told me that it’s whoever is in the Burger King watching cameras. Probably the White Mercedes Benz that stays parked in that lot. But what was so messed up to me is that I was simply grabbing my food across the street because there was NO parking, not even to double park. I took literally 4 to 5 minutes and when I came out my vehicle was gone. There were vehicles sitting there longer than I was after I found out my vehicle got towed, that DID NOT get towed. I had my car keys and wallet on me and everything, but had I not, they would’ve just took everything without leaving any word. Absolutely atrocious behavior coming from whoever is watching this Burger King’s camera. I’m pissed off. I paid $10 to pickup my meal across the street just to have to pay $218 cash just to simply get my vehicle to be able to go home. Terrible business practice and I did not even get to go into Burger King because I was going crazy looking for my vehicle. Anyone who may be thinking of even stopping in the parking lot to even run across the street and grab even a water bottle, BEWARE. This Burger King will get you towed in under 5 minutes!! I have all the proof with the tow paperwork I had to pay to simply go home. And vehicle were sitting there way longer than I was and did not get towed. Disgusting. This drives away potential customers. How do they know I wasn’t going to grab something from the Burger King?! The restaurant did not even wait 5 to 10 minutes until they called the tow company. I guarantee they called it after like 2 or 3 minutes because the way my vehicle was just taken so quick is unreal and there was literally nothing I could do because my vehicle was hitched up on the back of some dirty tow truck. Beware of this shady practices of this Burger King who doesn’t want stores in the community area to be supported as well. We even received a nasty comment from the tow driver stating that the walk without the vehicle would be good for a pregnant woman. Who says that? Towed after 4 or 5 minutes is BS I didn’t expect, but now I know. The management at this Burger King has nothing better to do than hound cameras and call towing on vehicles that haven’t even been there...
Read moreConsistent problems at this Burger King location...Drive thru speaker is busted, the drive thru cash register doesn't produce receipts and staff has a very nasty attitude. After struggling to order a meal through the broken drive thru speaker, I drive up to the service window and was told by the cashier to back up in the drive thru while there were other cars there behind mine. I told her I couldn't because of the other cars and she said that I was disrespectful and that she would not serve me, then rudely shut the drive thru service window in my face. I stood parked in front of the window and contacted the Burger King corporate office to submit a complaint. After a few minutes, the cars behind me were honking and growing impatient so the same cashier opened the drive thru service window and I asked for her name and to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and asked what happened and I explained the situation while the cashier glared at me. After I spoke the manager, she lectured me about how I need to respect the cashier (the cashier hadn't even told her side of the story yet). The manager completed my order as the cashier continued to glare at me. The manager then stated that the drive thru register doesn't print receipts and handed me a piece of paper with the amount that I paid for the order (no date, time, items ordered, etc.). The food was stale and not the usual quality of Burger King's product. When I finally got through to a customer representative at BK's corporate office and submitted my complaint about the terrible service experience and food, I was only offered a coupon for a whopper sandwich and was told that the complaint was now closed. I won't be a Burger King customer any time soon and I definitely won't visit this...
Read moreWorst Burger King I've ever visited!! Me and my family went through the Drive through ordered two Mac cheetos, a bottle of water and a medium sprite. The lady at the drive through Alisha over charged my card for 12.74$ when our were order was suppose to be 10.74$ after we corrected her, she only gives us 1$ back. My family and I decided to disregard the fact she didn't give us the rest of our money back NOR A Receipt. Again, Alisha never specified that our wait may be 15-20 minutes for such a small order. We wait approximately 20 minutes for order for then SOMEONE else to come bring out our food and that person forgot to bring our water and sprite. When we mentioned it our Soda and sprite was missing, she asked "oh they didn't give it to you yet?" I mean obviously, we just said that. I have worked in multiple fast food restaurants as a server, cashier, hostess and this place would've got no stars if it...
