Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The "manager" on duty was rude and impolite when I asked to use the restroom as a paying customer. He said that it was not in service and there was nothing he could do. When I tried to have him address my concerns I was met with an eye roll. I asked for a corporate number and was told that one was not available to give me. I asked the cashier for the "managers" name, and he said "he didn't know his name." I asked the cashier to page the manger for me, and when the manger appeared, his attitude was worse. I asked for his name to make a complaint, to which he replied "take a picture of my name tag" and i was met with more attitude when i said that the tag was illegible. I asked him to spell it for me, and he said "he does not care, that i should do whatever I want." This is completely unacceptable, and the worse experience I have encountered as a loyal Popeye's...

Don’t order from Uber eats unless if you want to leave your location to return your food! This is not Uber eats fault. How do you order a whole meal and they do not pack any hot sauce or any ketchup or napkins with your meal! And when you go there the girl of what appears Indian/Muslim decent working there on the left side of the counter during 1pm today decided to make a joke out of the entire situation and stated that they are very busy when they were standing there just talking. This is the second time this occurred at this location. She was very rude repeatedly calling the other customer over knowing fully well I was standing right there and continuously laughing with the other girl cashier. Maybe if you learned to do your job right you wouldn’t have to deal with this type...

I ordered spicy chicken and they said they were out of spicy chicken and tried to convince me to take the mild chicken. I told them I wanted spicy and they said the spicy would take 15 mins to cook so I decided to wait. Five minutes later they told me the spicy chicken was ready but when I tasted the chicken it was not spicy at all. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier she told me that it was indeed spicy and that is how their spicy tastes. I know the chicken was not spicy because they told me it would take 15 mins but my order was ready in 5 mins or less. I did not like being lied to and I did not enjoy the mild chicken...
