NO STARS!! I wish I can take away the 1 star that's lit up on here. Beware of this shameful, unprofessional company. This is a company that is happy to collect money from a transaction but not to accept responsibility when things go wrong. As a business, if you sell something to a customer, you are responsible for their experience. I purchased an almost $200 order from them and never received my products!
First, I got a call from a man verifying my address, after I placed the order then a text from him showing a receipt of a tracking number. (Unprofessional) After a few weeks, my order still did not arrive. Tried to contact them through email and the company website, No Response! Even the BNPL apps, after opening up a case could not get in touch with them. After almost another week goes by, I had to go through their social media page through IG and DM them. An ambassador of the company replied trying to help, gave me a number to call for the owner...the number was discontinued! That ambassador got the owner, a guy, to call me finally, which did not resolve ANYTHING.
We found out the actual delivering service claimed the package was delivered but after investigating this; nothing was delivered here. Sent proof of this to him. I've talked to my leasing office, no proof of a package being delivered in our mail room and there were no notifications sent to my phone saying that it was, plus I have a video doorbell, no proof that something was delivered. The owner just kept saying, "it was delivered, nothing I can do".
I have yet to receive a refund or even the products being redelivered. He was not apologetic, empathetic, he was not accommodating nor helpful. A package being lost or stolen is not the customer fault and I refuse to pay money for a product I NEVER received and have provided proof of this...and still NOTHING...
