LD Organic Health Haven — Restaurant in New York

They charged me $22.59 for 2 smoothies on Uber Eats. The lady there called me and said they didn't have Twlight Berry on the menu which they did. I was charged for 2 drinks and received only 1. Tried them AGAIN and as you see AGAIN whoever Latasha is? Can't get it right. I PAID for 2 smoothies as you can see on my receipt and look at what was sent. Idk who they have working the house 6:30pm to closing? But they need to re-hire someone who knows how to follow through on orders. I spoke to a lady just a week ago [during the day] and instead of fixing the situation with both drinks I was offered a upgrade on 1 drink that she said she would do for me once I placed the Uber eats order again. Very FRESH, filling, and conveniently priced. Came in looking for a juice but then the low priced acai bowl pushed me in a delicious direction. The young man was very patient and set a welcoming, honest ambience. I waited for a bit, because we know good food is not fast food.
