I've been to a Lush store probably twice in my life in the past. My daughters love this place and we've always had good experiences at other locations in the past. I was blown away with how kind and attentive the staff was, I need to especially recognize Jah'Xenia for all her help. My younger daughter suffers from eczema all over her body and has an extremely difficult time finding things that don't get her to react or irritate her. She often lives vicariously through her big sister giving her things to use and asking "how was it?" "does that feel nice" etc..it's very sweet but it's a bit sad at the same time since she can never do "girly" stuff for herself. Jah'Xenia empathized with us entirely (Also our kids loved her) and took us around, showed us ingredients to products she was looking at and sampled some choice items in store. So my little one got to try one of the moisturizing bath bombs and she had no reaction to it and felt so happy she could finally try something on her own! As parents, my wife and I were ecstatic as well. Jah'Xenia took us around and showed us more things she may like as well, did a skin test with them and no reactions / itch or anything. Our little one is over the moon with having her own stuff and we couldn't be happier with the kindness and understanding we were shown yesterday! We'll definitely be back and we had to say thank you to the staff here and thanks...

A 10/10 Birthday Experience at Lush!

I celebrated my 34th birthday at Lush, and it was everything I hoped for and more! Being almost seven months pregnant, I wanted a relaxing, self-care-focused celebration, and Ashley and Kate exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment my five girlfriends and I arrived, Ashley and Kate made sure we felt welcomed, pampered, and completely taken care of. Their passion for Lush products shined through in every detail—from their deep knowledge of ingredients to their fun and engaging product demonstrations. It never felt like they were just hosting us; they truly became part of my celebration, making the experience even more special.

We spent our time laughing, learning, and indulging in the most luxurious self-care treats. The energy was so positive and refreshing that we left feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, we got to take home amazing goodie bags and samples, plus we had the best time shopping with Ashley and Kate’s expert recommendations.
