LAST REVIEW: This is no longer a revolving sushi restaurant, except on weekends. They need to change the name since this feature is only an option 25% of the time. 5 days a week it is a regular sushi spot with really bad service. The bad service used to not bother me much since I knew I could sit down and immediately pull whatever I wanted to eat off the conveyor belt without relying on someone to come by. Now you wait. I thought that being able to order from the QR code was going to speed things up, but no. We just say there. No water. No tea. No service. Staring at a stationary belt & watching the food train bring out order after order for the opposite side of the restaurant. When I finally got up to interact with one of the employees that are permanently affixed to the front counter, they just blinked at me when I asked what was happening with the RAW food that I had ordered. No one was cooking it, after all. It wasn't until I said to cancel the order because we were leaving (since no one card to even look into it) that one of the employees wrenched herself away from the counter & went back to the kitchen to investigate. When she came out and told us that the food would be ready "soon" (maybe 5 more minutes) I knew that our order had been ignored. So we left. Let the kitchen staff eat it. In a little over 15 minutes they turn me from a Regular into a Never Again. FIRST REVIEW: It's improved a lot since opening. They definitely have much better employees who are pleasant and do their best to be attentive. It's very convenient to be able to order at your table via their website. There is no need to download an app. You can continue or stop ordering at any time during your visit. They don't put out much more sushi on the conveyor belt than the occupancy calls for. But if you're squeamish, just order a fresh sushi set from the kitchen. I would suggest ordering hot food this way unless you watched them place it on the belt. No way it's still good after 7 trips around the room. You don't HAVE to use the website. The humans on hand can take your order. I saw kids coming in, and they really like the food carousel. I think that the adults were more excited about the monorail train that brings our your kitchen order while playing a bop. (Check out my videos).

March 1, 2025: Unfortunately, I was not happy with their service and food. The Ramen , Godzilla Roll, Calamari and chicken wings were the worse I had lately. The service was very poor, had to remind the waitress that one of our order for Romen were missing food which included egg. When we questioned our order they wanted to give after the fact. The calamari was rubbery and not tasty at all. The house special for wings were not tasty. To top it off did not realized an automatic gratuity, which it is illegal and must be used only for party of 6 or more and stated on menu, was added already given the fact I cash tipped, I had to circled the gratuity to show you how small it is on the receipt . I noticed when I was in the car it was added. According to my receipt the waitress taken care of our group was named Samantha. There were many customers who were there with limited help from the one waitress which is poor management. I definitely would not return. Food very expensive and not worth it at all. If I can give a zero I would.

This new conveyor belt sushi has good intentions but could be way better. There was basic rolls (4 rolls per plate, which weren’t filled and they probably assumed no one flips it over) Offered 5 basic rolls that was constant rotation and they didn’t have many plates available, so you have to order from the menu if you are eating to be full. (which gets delivered by a tram and stops at your table very adorable) The cup were not washed thoroughly which had lipstick stain on it (the whole bottom lip) and the soup spoon had dried seaweed in it. Go in for the experience but don’t go expecting much.

TERRIBLER TERRIBLEE service. My son & I entered into the restaurant, we were NOT greeted. I had to flag a server down to ask if we can sit anywhere. They said “yes.” So my so. & I decided to browse the menu (this was our first time here) & waited to be acknowledged by someone to order food and figure out how it works. This place was not busy, there were maybe 6-10 other customers that were already seated and being serviced. As I was patiently waiting to order I kept making eye contact with a server who was helping 2 ladies sitting close to us. after some time I flagged someone down her name is “Crystal” & began to ask her why weren’t we greeted or serviced. She mumbled something under her breath & before I was about to order I asked her what did she say, she proceeded to say “someone said something to you when you came so you were greeted” in a nasty tone. I then told her why weren’t we being serviced. She told me “I had to raise a hand” (again keep in mind it was NOT busy & I have never had to flag a server down for service unless it was busy, or I needed my bill or something. Whole interaction was TERRIBLE. They were unnecessarily rude! DO...

The worst decision of my life was to stop at this place for lunch, the treatment of the staff is terrible. They sent me to the table a change in the order adding things in my order that I did not ask for, I called the attention to the waitress indicating that that was not what I had ordered who told me that there was no problem that she was talking to a person who took the order. When it was time to pay, she passed me an invoice for the complete order to which I told her again that that was not what she had ordered to which she answered you touched it and you have to pay it. This being the same waitress who had told him that this was not what he had ordered. I took the remaining food out of the trash so that she could see that I had not eaten it to that point I had to get to what she made a call and discounted what she understood that she had not eaten me even charging me for the other things that I did not order in conclusion not only the terrible service but that they are thieves and scammers being I imagine that this type of practice must be common because of the impolite and arrogant...
