Extremely overpriced for what you get. Yes, the combos are really filling, however the grade is literally a B rating. We decided to give it a chance, but a total of $15 for mid food (I’ve been to dozens of similar take outs, and ALL have tasted better than this.) If I could give the service a zero star I would. I've ordered two things and when they bagged it they did a poor job at it. The bourbon sauce was spilling out the bag since I left the mall and I didn't even notice it until I saw that my pants and sneakers and coat were covered by it on my way home, it was dripping and spilling out sauce on my way home on both the bx 12 and the bx5 if anyone gets hurt by all the sauce that was spilled from your poor skills in bagging food it's not going to be on me it's going to...

I was being assisted by the manager Elbe Lin and was denied to option of paying with two different types of tenders. She insisted the coin amount I gave her was already on the counter. When I gave her the change I attempted to apply it to my order and she refused then continued to use unprofessional statements with her fellow employees to discredit me paying. No one should ever have to pay extra because of an incompetent worker. This was super unprofessional and put me down as a customer I will never eat...
