Stepping foot into the NBA Store in New York City was a dream come true for this basketball fanatic. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere buzzed with the energy of the game, and I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store, surrounded by all things NBA.

As I explored the store, I was amazed by the vast selection of merchandise available. Whether it was jerseys, hats, or collectibles, there was something to satisfy every fan's craving. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly discovering the Chicago Bulls leather man jacket, adorned with the team's championship trophies. It was a piece of apparel that exuded both style and history, and I knew I had to make it mine.

In addition to the Bulls jacket, the store boasted an impressive collection of throwback jerseys that paid homage to the NBA's storied past. From classic teams to iconic players, each jersey told a unique story and served as a reminder of the league's rich heritage.

Beyond the merchandise, the store itself was a testament to the global appeal of the NBA. Visitors from all corners of the world congregated under one roof, united by their love for the game. It was a truly immersive experience that showcased the universal language of basketball.

My visit to the NBA Store was an absolute delight from start to finish. Whether you're a hardcore fan or simply appreciate the sport, the store offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of basketball. It's a must-visit destination for anyone visiting New York City, and I can't wait to return and explore even more of what it has to offer.

Let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to focus on or if you have any...

Horrible experience I miss the quality of staff at the old nba store. Nothing but a bunch of children having personal conversations not discreetly. The store itself is a mess with inventory all over the place. I met my family there and the young female staff member did not allow them to come in it was 8:42pm.

The experience was so awful that I began to make my way towards the exit and meet my family where the same young female staff member shouted you have to exit this way. Despite the fact that another staff member male held the door for me to open the second set of doors. I pointed that my family was not allowed in and I was meeting them outside the young female staff member continue to shout you have to go out this way! Thankfully the male staff member was able to use common sense and allowed me to leave through that door and looked at his female colleague as to say he was half way out.

After that interaction I do not look forward to ever going to the NBA store again and would recommend anyone if not all to purchase NBA affiliated items online. It makes sense why more and more companies are going cyber instead of having childish unprofessional staff who clearly no matter how much training they receive do not care of the image who they are representing and or expectations affiliated with...

Be aware while returning items to this store.

Returned a jersey here last week, and while processing the return, the person at the register first told me to tap my card for the return, but then changed their mind and said that it was ok and that the money would just go directly back to the card I used to make the purchase. I didn’t think much of it at the moment since I know a lot of stores that processed returns this way.

Fast forward a week later, I checked my bank statements and noticed the return hasn’t processed yet, so I doublechecked the return receipt and noticed at the bottom it said return ‘Change back (cash)’

Went back to the NBA Store today to speak to a manager regarding this. They checked the time stamp on my receipt and went to the back of their store. Afterwards they gave me my refund in cash and apologized for this experience.

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars and not 1 is because of how swiftly the manager resolved the issue and also because the staff in this store are generally friendly. However, I do hope they implement the appropriate corrective actions to the person who wrongly transacted my refund. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was an honest mistake, but with the wrong intentions that transaction could have easily been a...
