Top Civic Center — Attraction in New York

Unfortunately, my mother Judith C. Donawa passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

I needed to host a repast for Friday, April 20, 2018 from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM. A co-worker recommended Top Civic Center. By Friday, April 13, 2018, I contacted the center and spoke to Lisa in the morning and during the afternoon I went to visit the local. I was given a tour, explained the accommodations, and responsibilities as a lessee. The process was pretty simple and I signed the contract. The staff was pretty attentive to my needs for the occasion and very professional. Everyone enjoyed the event. Plus, I made sure that everything was left in the proper order. I was clearly satisfied and I will recommend the locale to family and friends.

Infact, my wife and neighbor were impressed and very pleased. They enjoyed the experience and will keep the locale in mind for future events.

In addition, Lisa contacted me via telephone on Thursday, April 27, 2018 to make sure that the locale and staff met my expectations. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who attended our needs for that day.

Viewing this place was a terrible experience. Dean was incredibly unprofessional to me and my wife from his attire to his body language to his disgusting attitude. Gave no effort in trying to sell us the venue for whatever reason. In addition to that there's a large construction site directly next door which makes the venue extra unattractive and unfit for the formal event we are intending to have.

Personally I think the $3,800 price tag is pretty expensive for just a bare venue, flimsy chairs, and unpolished floors....

Not what I expected from the outside it looks like a hall in the wall. It's a commercial working man's area. But when you get in it's another story. Very large venue can hold a few hundred. Very clean and freshly painted. Bathrooms as well. Street parking available be careful Monday and Thursday nights no parking on the block of venue between...
