DMV - Beverly road test site — Local services in New York

People have no where to use the bathroom. Its always filthy because they dont have any garbage cans in the area. Yet the city tickets all houses in the areas for sanitation. The problem is the DMV people come with a snack or 2 for the wait and there is just no place to throw the garbage. It is sad and horrible. It should be shut down immediately. It was not thought out enough. It affects homeowners and tenants having to see trash being thrown around because where else are they going to put it? I am actually on it now. I will be taking to some people. Let's see what I can get done. This is a tragedy that is probably state wide. It is a big problem putting things in communities without even a garbage disposal program? How did they get away with this seriously unsanitary option and ticket home owners and make them responsible. It is silly and irresponsible. I am going to go on a mission to get this fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I don’t know his name but he’s an old white man with an accent (maybe Russian). Very rude, very confusing. Told me to pull up next to a car in the most awkward position to park. He also told me to pull up in front of a car and when I did he hit the brakes and said he told me to pull up next to it. Would tell me I’m going too fast, then say I’m going too slow when I would be going the speed limit. Instead of saying “pull up next to this car to park, he’ll only say “slow down” and get upset when we miss the spot he apparently wanted me to park at. I was so confident going into this exam and he completely crushed it. I know how to park, U-turn and overall drive almost perfectly but he made it almost impossible to prove that. I gave up within the first 3 minutes of the exam because of the way he continuously made me feel like I did everything wrong even though he was giving me horrible directions. I took two road tests here. My first road test was an asian man who failed me due to what I guess was racism. My test was nearly flawless with only one mistake where I made a wide turn. That's the only error he called me out for. I was sure I passed my test. Turns out I see he cut points for bad sense in traffic, incorrect parallel parking, didn't change lanes correctly, and other random points. Even better this location doesn't even HAVE lanes and almost no traffic. He didn't even take off points for my wide turns. Do not got to this location. Second time I went here I was under a different examiner but saw the old examiner that took my exam. Even though examiners rotate, you'd rather not take your chances.
