Mandys Lasagna witha TwiisT — Restaurant in New York

I am very disappointed in the service that was received from this company. I placed the order through Uber Eats, which Uber say that they were 30 minutes away 8.5 miles away from the location that I was placing the order from my place the order at 1:45 at 4 o’clock in the afternoon my order still had not been delivered. The person who answered the phone. I am assuming she was the owner was very rude and nasty telling me that the order was on its way and they’re in a different location nothing but excuses but never being apologetic or saying hey I’m sorry. Let me go ahead and make it right. I’ll go ahead and refund you or give you a credit. No one in this world is waiting for Uber food to be delivered two hours later and even after 4 o’clock was still 45 minutes away. I ordered the food from my father who was at a medical facility receiving treatments so he can eat while he was on his treatment. It is not4pm the afternoon, and I had to place an order with another provider in order to get him food which was being delivered in less than 15 minutes. Not to mention, the order was not even be delivered by Uber. I was visiting Brooklyn from out of state. We wanted something to eat so we chose this restaurant on Door Dash because of the wide variety on the menu. I placed my order at 10:38pm. My order did not arrive until 12:18am. Absolutely unacceptable. If we knew it was going to take almost 2hrs we would NOT have ordered from here at this time of night. When it did finally arrive, half my order was missing! It was all the food I had ordered for my 8yr old child so she now had NOTHING to eat! And being that it was now 12:30am the restaurant was closed and we couldn’t place an order somewhere else. I had to get her noodles from the hotel front desk. She was so upset. I tried calling the restaurant and it went straight to a voice mailbox. Not only did we wait almost 2hrs but to finally have it arrive with items missing and not hot was infuriating. Being unable to contact the establishment was also enraging. The food was mediocre at best. If I could give zero stars I would. Maybe visiting in person is another experience but if you are ordering delivery I would stay FAR away...

Had to write this review because I swear to god I love red pastas, NEVER EVER EVER have I enjoyed red pasta from a restaurant, they usually use ground beef and a cheap version of it, this is the ONLY place I have ever seen allow you to choose from multiple options and they have ground turkey!!!

The ONLY bad/sad thing I have to say is they limited their delivery location on postmates and now I cant order from them to my home, I understand because they send their own personally drivers out, I think that it just didnt make sense even with the tip

However, I never got to let my girlfriend try the food!!

So I am here BEGGING you to expand the delivery area pleaseeee?? Can you just use doordash drivers? there are stores further than yours that deliver to me, but they use doordash drivers, would that help? I need this Lasagna on call at all...
