Don't ever leave your money here. The owner, I think his name is Mike, is just a vile human being. I heard a single interaction he had with an employee (who did nothing wrong) and I've never seen anybody so degraded in my life. The experience of hearing this man degrade and insult one of his employees in front of me while the employee was helping me was embarrassing to me. No man should ever speak to another man in this manner, especially someone you trust enough to work for you. Mike spoke with true malice and hatred in his heart. He wanted to inflict as much emotional pain on this employee as possible. It was truly disgusting to watch. He almost made the poor guy cry. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I don't care how much I need with this man has in his store, leaving my money here would leave a scar on my soul for all eternity. I can't believe the universe allows for people who are this wicked to reach any level of success. The man who owns this place is bitter and rotten to the core. He probably lives a good life but nothing will ever be enough for him. I'm just disgusted at...

The staff was very rude I was undermined and one of the installers call me and make it seem like I didn’t know anything about music when I’ve been doing this for over 25 years. Only one employee and I believe it was the owner Mike had enough respect to speak to me as a human being. Jose one of their employees made a joke of the situation involving my purchase of Speekers and knowledge of installing music. After the matter of my speakers I will never purchase this brand again. Was told Things that I have never heard before like if I put less than the amount of wattage on a Tweeter it will damage the tweeter. I didn’t ask for a refund because the speakers that I ordered I liked but there was some thing Defective with them not my work or knowledge of installing music. I have to say I’m very displeased with the response that I have from not one but three representatives from that store. Thank you Mike for resolving the issue but you need to tell Employees that it may be a joking matter to them but for someone like me who takes my music very seriously stop making everything a joke and listen...

Ordered some replacement RCF Woofers from Amazon, and I wasn't happy with how they sounded. I should have bought the powered RCF 8006 AS Subwoofer I told myself. Amazon wouldn't let me return the product, but I called and talked to the company. Talked with Mike the manager and asked him about returning the product after they were mounted. I told him I didn't expect to get full price back as they were 'used', and he would have to sell them as that. I said you give me a fair deal on returning them, and match a competitor's price on the powered RCF 8006 AS Subwoofer and I'm doing business with you moving forward. Mike called me back and gave me a fair offer which I accepted. Purchased the RCF 8006 AS Sub and couldn't be happier. The thing is BIG and built heavy. The low end is amazing. I can stand at least 1K feet away and still hear the low end. Can't wait to get some use out of the thing at an event and will probably buy another. I was only using it on 15 AMP circuit and it pushed the low end. I watched several videos about RCF from another dealer before I went with this...
