I live in Barbados but visited New York for 2wks the last week in November 2016 and the 1st week in December 2016, In December I visited 49th street electronics where I dealt with Nick the manager and purchased what I thought was a brand new Samsung ON7, I explained to nick that I was visiting and wanted the phone to take home to my daughter as a xmas gift , My daughter started using the phone on December 26th 2016 on December 30th 2016 a security warning popped up on the phone and it started automatically blanking out and restarted we contacted Samsung who said this had to be a battery and software problem and questioned the phone being new , samsung stated that the phone had to be 2nd hand and was probably refurbished and not properly reprogrammed. I reached out to the store and was told even though I explained to them I was calling from Barbados and was paying highly for the calls to keep trying until I got hold of Nick.
