I moved to Canarsie one year ago, bebe fritay is where I always go to whenever I want a take-out food, yes the wait is always long but the employees have always been polite and calm while serving you the ones I knew have always been respectful. However there's a new employee today that I have seen for the first time omg she is rude, very disrespectful, I waited almost an hour just for her to serve one customer. I am truly concerned not because she is Haitian working in a Haitian business that she should behave like a low-class person. no offense she is so rude and disrespectful. I was mad for waiting for almost an hour instead of her ignore or apologize for the wait she started cursing and using bad words as if I should be the one apologizing and flattered her. she got to understand that in every business CUSTOMERS should be put first. During my visit, I asked for a large portion instead of medium and mentioned that the bowl for the sauce wasn’t suitable. Additionally, I requested an extra spoon and bowl. There is light complected female cashier who I suspect is making up her own prices or there is a gross lack of communication amongst the workers. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a small griot and was charged 6.50. Keep in mind not too long ago, the price was raised to 6 dollars from 5.50. I did not say anything and took my food and went about my way. Approximately 2 weeks later, I go to store and another cashier is working states the price of a small griot is 6.00 dollars.
