New Food King — Restaurant in New York

I order from this restaurant many times in the past. The food is always good. This order I got boneless spareribs which I have gotten plenty of times before. This time they were floating in oil like it was a soup! The oil was more then half way up the quart container. I called the restaurant and they refused to switch it out or give me a refund on the ribs. There was a man shouting in the back ground. The girl on the phone started shouting. After years of ordering from this restaurant today is sadly my last. The fries was so hard and too crispy. I asked for it not to be crispy. It was so bad.I called to have it replaced. The girl said ok. Only to tell me do not eat half of the fries or they will charge me $3. She started screaming at me and never sent the replacement fries. I will not be ordering from here again. Horrible customer service. I ordered one thing after repeating myself four times, and they still brought the wrong order. When I called to tell them that they brought me the wrong order they tried to charge me more money.
