Keep your love ones away!!! My grandmother haves dementia they heard her plea for help all they do is laugh and ignore her due to her dementia.. just because she haves dementia do NOT mean she doesn't know when she isn't well. The head nurse on floor 5 chinese argue with me and told me I can call 911 myself.. they could care less and when EMS arrive they were upset themselves... My grandmother did not arrive like this so please explain!?? Explain when she fekl out of bed and the only solution was to olace her mattress on the floor! No body can tell me anything i guess. and the head person of this junk place never called to speak to me nor speak to me in person yet had the nerve to ask my ask to ask me if i can take down my post because its bad for business!! Hell no!! This is not okay and I'm making phone call immediately!

This place is disgraceful and needs to be reported and closed down. Not only was I allowed in before visiting hours the girl at the front desk told me it was her first day and didn’t know what she was doing. When I got to my grandmothers room on the 5th floor I was in complete shock. The place was beyond filthy and my grandmother who has a fractured pelvis should not be on a cot and she was completely sedated. This place is horrible and should not even be open. The sign was her roommates with the date from Friday!!!! Yesterday was Sunday…and my grandmothers board was blank. Thank god my father got her out of there immediately!!

My grandmother who is 82yr old with Dementia came here for therapy and nursing however this place could and staff could care less about the environment they have these poor people stay in. I've asked to speak to the social worker and supervisor and nothing is done . I can personally say this place is breaking codes ! My grandmother room haves a broken window! .. this makes me so sad we will get some reimbursement for this horrible living conditions she done deserve this !

I want to say my husband was here for rehab, and it was a wonderful experience. He passed, but it was not their fault. It could not be helped. He received a poor prognosis and we hoped and prayed he would bounce back , but it was his time to come home. I want to say it saddens me to read when people give a good facility a bad rep, or review, especially when they don't understand the healthcare industry, and the strain the pandemic placed on all aspects of the healthcare industry, especially nursing homes. My daughter worked in the covid unit and had to supplement all the nursing shortages and its only people like us that don't forget how awful that time was that can appreciate a good place. People that post that this is not a good facility truly are ignorant as to what constitutes a good place with good care. Most people don't understand, unless you are paying privately for your own health aid in a private pay nursing home, YOU WILL NOT GET ONE TO ONE CARE. The aides have other patients to see. AGAIN, working in healthcare myself, and my daughter as well, we understand what constitutes good care, and adequate staffing. Writing unflattering posts on a public forum about a good building isn't right, especially when most people are oblivious and have no idea what all the components are. The staff is caring, yes there are a couple of people that could use some fine tuning, but that is any walk of life in any line of work. The food is ok, its good for a facility. Listen nothing is perfect, but as for a facility, it is fantastic! But more importantly, to me and my daughter, what mattered was the care, and the cleanliness of the building. I had my knee replaced and went somewhere else and it was filthy. So again I know the difference between and good and bad place. I wish I would have known about this place when I had my surgery. Well I am retired now, and need my other knee done, so this is where I am coming when I do!...

If you care about your loved one, keep them out of this place!!!! According to my sister who was staying here, the food smells like dog food!!! Even the staff said they wouldn't eat it!! My sister had a hip injury so we had her admitted to this facility because the hospital said she needed physical therapy. First of all, for some reason, they put a diaper on her & would not allow her to use the bathroom. My sister, thank God has never had to wear a diaper but at this place they put one on her!!! When I checked her out they had her listed as independent but yet they would not allow her to get out of bed to use the bathroom!!! It makes no sense to me!!! Physical therapy was only about 10-15 minutes a day & they had her work her upper body more than her lower body. There was nothing wrong with her upper body!! It makes me wonder whether they purposely kept her from walking so that she wouldn't be able to leave!!! I believe that if I had kept my sister at this facility longer she would have lost her mind!!! Also, they would use, what looked like a crane lift to get her out of bed. My sister is now at home and walking with the assistance of a walker, no thanks to this place!!! You've been warned!!! Stay away!!!

RESPONSE- Thank you but no thank you!!! Your facility just like your food has left a bad taste in my sister’s mouth (NO PUN INTENDED)!!!! My sister as well as myself are too traumatized to ever set foot again in your facility!!! All I can say is thank God she is at home receiving proper care unlike the patients at your...

looking at the previous reviews and love how they only acknowledge the “5 stars” but anywho….if you want to bring your loved one somewhere to a place that smells like mold, feeds your loved ones food that smells like dog food and looks like a dog ate and vomit it right back on the plate, a place that will do PT for 5 mins and toss your loved on back on the bed to rot all day…..then this is the place for them. It’s a business, they are more concerned about filling the beds. Called the coordinator Deb or Debbie once because at that time she was the only point of contact, advising her that my mother is suffering from rib pain and before i could even finish explaining she assumed my mother was using it as an excuse to get opioids. my mother isn’t and never was an addict. i could right a novel on why you should never bring someone to this place. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just don’t do it !! my mother signed her self out and has made so much more progress at home in a few days than she was there. again……don’t walk away from this place. run !

edit - in response to their comment.

01/05/24 - i have made attempts to get issues resolved but apparently it was a joke to your nurses and staff on the third floor who sit comfy while patients are sitting in filthy disgusting rooms. you can make things right by feeding your family the food you feed your patients and see if it becomes their favorite. start with the pot pie that is given every other day or the lovely fettuccine alfredo that looks like a dog threw it on their plate. OUR FAMILY ARE...
