There are 2 portable bathrooms🚽 located there. The one (on the left hand side) was locked🔒 (it's very small as well) but the one on the right hand side (handicap accessible) was opened due to the fact that the lock 🔐 was broken.

Tonight I was there, the handicap accessible one was FINALLY actually cleaned but I was there a few days ago OMG IT WAS HORRIBLE!! It was completely beyond disgusting!! It was filled to the rim of the toilet, not even exaggerating it was approx 2mm away from overflowing!!! It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and smelled so bad!
