I went to this pharmacy and was treated very rudely by an bald Indian or Arab man named Amit. He spoke to me as if I were asking him for free medication instead of buying it. I had a prescription sent from my own pharmacy for myself, and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, when it was finally my turn, he told me—very rudely—that he needed to call my pharmacy first.

Instead of handling my request, he continued serving other customers. When I asked how much longer I would need to wait for him to make the call, he told me another 20 minutes. So apparently, the time I had already spent waiting in line didn’t matter to him—I was expected to wait even longer simply because he felt like serving others first.

Today, I called the pharmacy to ask if I could take my daughter for a flu shot. The lady asked if I could go the next day, and I told her I could not go, but I would go to a different pharmacy. She told me I could come in. We got there at 4 PM, and when it was 4:30pm I asked how long time it would take. The lady was very nasty and told me, “ That’s why I don’t like to take walk-ins, as you can see it’s only me and another attendant here. You come 5pm and we are busy. I will attend someone else and after that I will see if I can help you. If you want to wait it’s fine, if not there’s nothing I can do.” I told her to cancel it and I left. Worst customer...

I give 5 stars to employees, specially two of them are very courteous, helpful, kind, and polite but the manager is unpleasant, the other day I had the sensation that he was following me as if he thought that I was trying to steal something from the store. It was as a very uncomfortable sensation. I like taking my time to buy anything, I enjoy walking calmly for the ails (without obstructing other customers of course) deciding what to buy with no hurry.
