CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Newport Beach & Med Spa — Attraction in Newport Beach

I have contemplated for a very long time about this review. But I feel I needed to share what I went through. I had a facelift And lower eye lift in October 2022 with Dr. REAGAN at Cosmetic Care. The outcome was not good. The stitches came out under my right eye, and when it healed, I had a very large droopy scar. The right side of my cheek was huge compared to the left side. I still had a double chin and some stitches came out in the corner of my left eye that left quite a deep scar. I so regretted having the surgery.. After six months, Dr. REAGAN decided he was going to do a small lift to get rid of the double chin and correct my right eye and cheek. But when I went in for my appointment before my second surgery, he decided he wanted to do a facelift again because my face had fallen so badly. On three separate occasions before the second surgery, I asked Dr. REAGAN to please send me to a specialist that corrects plastic surgery results. And he said no on all three occasions. So I felt I had no choice but to go through with the second surgery. Again, the stitches came out under the lower eye, and the corner of my left eye within two days. My skin is pulled away from my eyeballs . As you can see in the pictures that I took a couple months ago , I have deep scars under my eyes and have to wear eyeliner so it doesn’t show. The left side of my face has fallen terribly, and the right side is also falling. I still have a small double chin. And my cheeks are uneven. Whatever you do, don’t let anybody talk you into fat transfer. You have to pay separately for this and he left two gaping holes in the inside of my knees. This was the first surgery, he transferred the fat under my eyes and put some in my cheeks which bewildered me because I wanted my face to be reduced because I had such large cheeks.

UPDATE…. I had someone who reached out to me to tell me there was a message for me to contact the office. This was posted by the owner of Cosmetic Care in Newport Beach. At the time, I thought it was a bit strange that the owner didn’t call me directly. But I went ahead and called on July 29, 2024 and asked for Jemma. Roxy answered the phone and told me Jemma was not in. Roxy took all my info, what it was concerning, my name, ect... NEVER received a phone call back. So I called one more time just in case they were going to say they never received my message. Today is August 12 2024…. Still nothing. This is exactly what I thought would happen. I couldn’t be more excited to share a 5 star review about my recent experience with CosmeticCare. For starters, I had been thinking about breast augmentation surgery for years but just couldn’t bring myself to commit to the decision. I attended a complimentary breast augmentation event at CosmeticCare last year and immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The entire medical practice has exceeded my expectations from the beginning and continue to show their support even after surgery. Making the decision to have the surgery was a BIG deal for me - I’m not great with change & I was very anxious leading up with to my surgery, but now that I’m on the other side in recovery, I constantly ask myself why I waited so long. I am so so happy with my size and outcome!

Dr Justin West was very attentive and I absolutely believe he had my best intentions in mind throughout the entire process. He picked an implant size that matched my inspiration picture, but also listened to my concerns on sizing and made sure the fit was right for my frame. Before my surgery, I visited with Dr West once more to go over sizing and the procedure. Dr West prepared me for surgery and helped calmed my nerves. Even Dr. Niccole popped in while I was pre-op to say hello and ask me about myself - I had never met Dr. Niccole but my point is that CosmeticCare genuinely cares about their patients. The little things go along way!

After surgery, Dr West called twice to check up on me throughout the weekend which is a testament to CosmeticCare’s great customer service and overall medical practice. I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Niccole, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience.
