Colin was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the treadmills I had researched. The decision was easy after seeing and experiencing the treadmills in the store. I'm excited to receive the machine, as my current one is starting to fail. The only negative I have is that the credit card was already billed although I won't receive the treadmill for a week or more as none were in stock. I'm not thrilled about my money already being taken before getting the item delivered and assembled, and the old one removed. I understand wanting to be sure a sale is going to be completed, but it would have been nice to be offered to pay some upfront and the rest due at delivery. My treadmill broke and I was in need of a new one. Did some research and settled on a Landice. Johnson was the nearest dealer so dropped in to check it out. Colin was very knowledgeable on the brand and gave us a lot of good information. As someone who does a lot of research before purchasing things, it's a great feeling when the person trying to sell you the product knows more than you do. Colin was friendly and efficient at getting our order set up. They had it in stock and were able to deliver it two days later. The delivery guys were great too. In-store experience was great. We worked with Colin on 6/11/24. We purchased a Matrix ICR spin bike. Afterwards it was downhill all the way. The bike was delivered assembled, but with a defective part - a component of the pedal casing. Technician came out and part ordered, but it will end up being a month before we can use the bicycle.
