Pelican Point at Crystal Cove State Park is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and peaceful walking trails. The coastal scenery is picture-perfect, making it a great spot for a relaxing stroll or just taking in the fresh ocean breeze. The only downside was the entry fee since it’s part of a state park, but the beauty of the area made it worth it. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any luck spotting wildlife, but the serene atmosphere and gorgeous landscape still made for a memorable visit. If you’re looking for a scenic escape with fewer crowds, Pelican Point is a fantastic choice!

Great spot for a picnic! Several tables and amazing views! This trail to the beach although it is paved is very steep. If you park at the west parking areas 1 or 2, the walk down to the beach isn't as steep. Such a beautiful walk on the trails and beach! It does cost to park but it's well worth it. 5 bucks an hour or 15 bucks for the day. We spent 3+ hours exploring the beach and rocks.

Very nice clean park. Restaurant right on beach and little local shop like any place else shopping a little pricey. Water was very cold this of year and the shake shack was just up the steps and to the right and not real bad prices. Would definitely go again.

This place is pretty cool and not crowded whatsoever. The only thing is that when they say the trail down the beach is steep... they're not kidding around. Hauling all your stuff down is a piece of cake. Hauling it all back up is an entirely different story. It's a nice beach but dont expect to swim, body board, or boogie board. There's a bunch of rocks that are in your direct path. Overall, great place recommended by a...
