Erica, the owner of Castle Hill Chocolate's has done it again. A year after presenting a chocolate and wine pairing at my daughter ‘s bridal shower she made magic again at my daughter-in-law’s bridal shower.

Erica is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, generous and helpful. We had a challenging group and she was able to accommodate everyone’s allergies and sensitivities. She works hard behind the scenes, coordinating with the bride-to-be and the venue, and the parties flowed beautifully. The wine and chocolate pairings were perfect. Our guests were super engaged with her presentation, and everyone was laughing and delighted. I was able to just relax and enjoy.

Erica made Rachel's bridal shower beautiful and interesting and yummy. Her chocolates are amazingly gorgeous and so delicious. And she chose the perfect wines to pair them with. Our guests were delighted with the chocolates she recommended as prizes for the games we all played. We all loved her interactive presentation. They sold to my 12 years old grandson a stale box of chocolate. He gave me as gift. Thanks god I didn’t try it in front of him because I puke. I went there to complain they told that he left the chocolate melt on the box. It’s not true. He came straight from the chocolate store to my place of business that is about 5 -10 min waking and it was about 40 degrees outside. It’s one star because they gave another box of the fresh product. ( that actually tasted delicious). Im not the kind of complaint but I don’t like people that take...
