I used to love brining my toddler here until I met Nicky Georgiano who is the manager of the place. My toddler always had a great time here, I did not bring my photo ID or the card last time with me but had already reserved the time online and showed both tickets in person from my phone when we walked in there. I informed her that we have a membership already. She made such a big deal and hold us there until it got the point that my toddler started to cry because wanted to go inside already and started to touch everything, she just wouldn’t let us go in, she said that she can see online that we are members but she cannot let us go in. I went back to the car to get the ID and it was such a harsh moment to even get my toddler outside of there and to go back inside. Very dissatisfied with her service and don’t think I will renew the membership again because of the trouble we went that day. All the other people at the front desk have always been nice and kind and never gave us any trouble except Nicky Georgiano.
To respond to your comment: I had no reasons to be rude to the high school employee as she did not gave me any attitude or a hard time with anything. In fact she was very polite. Because you ( Nicky Georgiano) were there and jumped into the conversation the moment I was showing her my tickets online, in fact she was very nice and even helped me set up an online check in with my email information. It’s such a shame to see that in a place where kids should come happy to play and have fun that there are managers like this who make up stories. I had mentioned on my comment above from the initial review that all the other employees have always been nice and have never given us any trouble… so read things again before you comment that I was rude to the high school employee (why would I be rude to someone who is helping me without any problem?). Such a shame to read...
Read moreThe staff here is very nice. Easy to park and get in. After being to a couple other places like this, I personally found the smaller rooms here harder to be in for more than 5 minutes. If there are more than 3 kids in each room it’s very congested and lacking ventilation. I think it would have been better if some of those rooms were combined into larger rooms, even if each side of a big room was different. Obviously that’s just my opinion. My daughter had a good time and that really what’s most important. Many of the attractions were broken, the toys have been worn down and many have lost their color (from many years of being loved I’m sure). There was a random cup with scissors in front of an activity….but a sign saying not to use the scissors for said activity….. but not what they were actually for. All in all your child will have fun, but it just is not as open as some...
Read moreIf I could give this place 10 stars I would ! What a great place to spend the day! This was my second time visiting everwonder and it wasn’t crowded either time. There’s enough to do and enough space that children can play freely without bumping into eachother or feeling like you’re in the way ! It is nice that they have a separate are for younger children so you don’t have to worry about your child being trampled on by older kids. Today was a rainy day so naturally you would assume it would be crowded but there was a comfortable amount of people here. What was really nice is that they not only honor servicemen and women, but from the 15th-30th their families were free as well (for Memorial Day). Everwonder will definitely be a frequent visit for...
