I used to love brining my toddler here until I met Nicky Georgiano who is the manager of the place. My toddler always had a great time here, I did not bring my photo ID or the card last time with me but had already reserved the time online and showed both tickets in person from my phone when we walked in there. I informed her that we have a membership already. She made such a big deal and hold us there until it got the point that my toddler started to cry because wanted to go inside already and started to touch everything, she just wouldn’t let us go in, she said that she can see online that we are members but she cannot let us go in. I went back to the car to get the ID and it was such a harsh moment to even get my toddler outside of there and to go back inside. Very dissatisfied with her service and don’t think I will renew the membership again because of the trouble we went that day. All the other people at the front desk have always been nice and kind and never gave us any trouble except Nicky Georgiano.

To respond to your comment: I had no reasons to be rude to the high school employee as she did not gave me any attitude or a hard time with anything. In fact she was very polite. Because you ( Nicky Georgiano) were there and jumped into the conversation the moment I was showing her my tickets online, in fact she was very nice and even helped me set up an online check in with my email information. It’s such a shame to see that in a place where kids should come happy to play and have fun that there are managers like this who make up stories. I had mentioned on my comment above from the initial review that all the other employees have always been nice and have never given us any trouble… so read things again before you comment that I was rude to the high school employee (why would I be rude to someone who is helping me without any problem?). Such a shame to read...

The staff here is very nice. Easy to park and get in. After being to a couple other places like this, I personally found the smaller rooms here harder to be in for more than 5 minutes. If there are more than 3 kids in each room it’s very congested and lacking ventilation. I think it would have been better if some of those rooms were combined into larger rooms, even if each side of a big room was different. Obviously that’s just my opinion. My daughter had a good time and that really what’s most important. Many of the attractions were broken, the toys have been worn down and many have lost their color (from many years of being loved I’m sure). There was a random cup with scissors in front of an activity….but a sign saying not to use the scissors for said activity….. but not what they were actually for. All in all your child will have fun, but it just is not as open as some...

If I could give this place 10 stars I would ! What a great place to spend the day! This was my second time visiting everwonder and it wasn’t crowded either time. There’s enough to do and enough space that children can play freely without bumping into eachother or feeling like you’re in the way ! It is nice that they have a separate are for younger children so you don’t have to worry about your child being trampled on by older kids. Today was a rainy day so naturally you would assume it would be crowded but there was a comfortable amount of people here. What was really nice is that they not only honor servicemen and women, but from the 15th-30th their families were free as well (for Memorial Day). Everwonder will definitely be a frequent visit for...

This is our first visit! I googled using the google address and went to the old location. So must use the addd on their fb page to navigate to the new location. This place is easy to find and ample parking. Pls park up the hill because the entrance is at the back not in the front where the Dr office is! We came here for free but we've to make the reservation one day before online. For Ct residents only require to show our driver license. The inside is one single floor which is easy to manouever. It's easy to use strollers or double stroller. There's different stations but I personally think for such a big place there should have more things for kids to play. I hope there will be more things to play!

It's small even compared to the other Children's Museums in Connecticut. I went on a weekday and there was only two other families there when I was. It has fun toys for the small kids to play with. But the stuff for the kids older than 5 was not good. Two or three of the things didn't work right and the rest were not engaging for the kids. Imagination Nation and kidsplay science museums have all the same exhibits plus more. The price for a single admission is good but I don't understand why a family membership is still $150 for this place. I will not be coming back. I will go to one of the other museums that has more to do for the same price.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Having a baby during a pandemic has been very hard, and my daughter hasn't developed many of the necessary life skills you need yet. Everwonder has been essential in helping Victoria learn these skills through kinesthetic, visual, and audible learning all in one. It's both fun and educational at the same time. She can touch and play with everything and explore at her own pace. Her imagination has grown tremendously since our first time here, and we will continue to come back often. Thank you to the wonderful staff for always keeping the museum clean and making us feel welcome! -The Coté Family
