I’m sad to have to make this review because I did love this park, but my son was supposed to have a party there and the day before the party all of his cousins but 1 came down with the stomach flu. I called them several times and left messages and never heard back. I called them for weeks trying to get a hold of anyone and they refused to call me or grandma back. I didn’t want a refund I was hoping we could possibly reschedule to a different day, but would have understood if they said no. I wouldn’t even be that mad if they called me back and said they were unable to reschedule, but being completely ignoring is really hurtful.. I feel so bad for my son.. it was so hard telling him that we weren’t going to be able to have the party that day because everyone was sick, but having to explaining to him that we probably won’t be able to have the party he wanted ever is so heartbreaking

Also there was a heat advisory that day and in the contract is says that if there is one that they will refund your money other than a 10% fee (We live about an hour away from the park so it is not easy for us to...

If you plan a birthday party here make sure to triple check that they actually have it on their calendar and that they don’t double book parties. We showed up for my daughters 3rd birthday this weekend to another party going on under the large pavilion that we paid for back in February. All they could say was that they were sorry they double booked and we could have 2 small pavilions. they didn’t offer a refund or anything, in fact they were telling me what I could pay for the small pavilions. After moving twice, the next party canceled so we were able to finally have the large pavilion that we paid for. It ended up being a great party and the staff was very apologetic and helpful after the fact. Just an FYI if you do book a party in the future here. Still not sure how a party that was booked in February was ignored even after messaging them just 2 weeks ago to make sure everything was still set in stone. I was really upset considering we traveled here from...

Absolutely loved the park, it is a pretty good size park with plenty of play areas for the little ones all the way up to 12 years old. Didn't get to use the splash pad but I here it is nice when it is open. I like the privacy walls so you don't have to worry about anyone sitting off in the distance watching the kids and it is right beside the police department. There is plenty of shade and sitting areas so the kids can play and the parents can relax. I like that they have speakers positioned throughout the park so that kid friendly music can play, it is unfortunate that a lot of those speakers are broken from what appears to be undisciplined kids wanting to break something. All in all a great little park and...

Two of my grandchildren, my husband and I spent some time at the Niceville Children's Park today. It's a fantastic free park, for children 12 years old and younger. It's clean, well-maintained (except for the gate to the Splash Pad which drags on the sidewalk and won't open completely), and has well-stocked bathrooms. Parents or gardians must stay at the park with their children, according to the rules. There are picnic tables with umbrellas, for adults to sit in the shade while watching the children play. Note: No one was in the ladies restroom, with me, when I took a picture to show how clean and freshly painted it is. Recommended!

This is the first time that I’ve been to this cute little park. My children are grown, so I brought my grandchildren. It’s absolutely everything you need in just one place. Has a nice little splash pad, a play area for younger children , a play area for bigger children, even has a bubble machine. Well-maintained. Also had lots of shaded places so that you don’t get overheated. Today it even had a nice breeze. The dots I cream truck was even in the parking lot today.

I personally have grown up going to this park and have enjoyed watching it develop and grow as a staple place in our community for families to go and play. I now take my kiddos here especially in the summer as it's a pretty good splash pad. This past visit have the pad didn't work, and it occurred to me that this park could really use some sprucing up. However, I have recommended this park and will continue to for many years.
