Staples — Attraction in Norco

While going through over a hundred pages determining which I need to copy or not copy, I asked if I needed a debit card to use copy machines she replied yes and I could get a copy card at the other counter. (Which had a line) and went back to what she was doing.. in her defense it looked like she was cleaning the machines n it looked like an unpleasant task. So while trying to figure out how much I would need to copy n how much to put on a card , how to use the machines etc. I must have looked like a deer in the headlights, from I don't know where, appeared a very nice young lady who asked me in a sincere voice how I am doing, I responded n she must have sensed my confusion because she then asked if there was anything she could assist me with or if she could answer any questions. Wow during her taking care of my copies n giving me accurate info n cost I learned she was due for lunchtime yet still she stopped what she was doing n came to that desk at that moment to help a confused customer. I was more than impressed with her attitude, knowledge n professionalism. I made certain to read her name tag . Her name was Nydia. I would like to thank her for her time and effort and I would like to let staples know due to Nydia I will be returning often and shall be doing all my office shopping and services at the Norco location. In a world where mediocre us now considered good, I am very impressed with sincere and professional assistance I received at your Norco location. Thank you for making a "deer in the headlight experience" a simple in and out trip . Nydia keep up the good work n the smile, to management great job on the staff, consider me and my office "stapled" . My staff and I will see you all once a week. Thank you and that's my experience on Sunday afternoon...

The employees were helpful actually! I went in at 9PM for a printer, logically I needed some white paper and a cartridge ink. One employee helped me carry the box to the register while I went to get the paper.

While I was paying, (the receipt shows 9PM but it was actually 9:50 something when i was paying) the lady kindly told me the price difference between the color ink and black, so I only picked the black one. When I came home I checked the receipt and realized I was charged twice for 4x6 index cards.

I called them this morning and one of the employees said their manager checked the cameras and said that the cashier placed the cards in my bag... I don't have them. I would've noticed the change in weight because I was literally carrying the printer and the bag in my arm.

Sometimes, I would let things like this go when items aren't that big of a deal or not expensive, but in today's economy, I could really use that money back... When I was in school, I used the index cards a lot, that was 20 years ago.

Can they check when I was walking in the isles that all I was carrying in my hands was the packet of white paper and my phone?

School and other holidays. They do price matches, so I always have my phone in my hand, and I price-check items against other stores for price matching, they're very good about it. I've used their technology department before which is great. They also have a very handy print shop: they do poster size and brochures and stands and photo books and whatnot for businesses. I love recycling my old ink cartridges as you get credit back so if you recycle ink cartridges you get $2 back for cartridges up to 10 on a regular basic account or 20 of them per month for a premier account. They also recycle technology and used batteries right now they have a special you get a $10 credit the next month but only one per month if you turn in any old printer electrical cord old hard drive anything also batteries alkaline batteries they take back. The customer service is great you can always find someone to help you and they're more than eager to help you find anything you can't find at the store or even place an order online for you if they don't have it in stock. My only drawback is a little bit pricey on the high end but with price matching on some items, for the trouble of having to price match, I took...
