Jamba — Restaurant in Norco

We arrived and a blonde girl came out with an attitude as if we were interrupting her lunch. I asked if they had acai bowls as when trying to order online says it's unavailable. She replied yes in an upset way. We also wanted to buy 2 juices and asked for the BOGO promotion. She said that that promotion was from 7-9 pm. It was 6:55 pm. (What a bummer!) She wasn't kind enough and let us have the promotion. The other girl with curly hair prepared our bowls while chi-chatting with the blonde girl. They just slid our bowls enough to reach us and left to the back quickly without waiting for us to leave. Their attitude is just not the right one to be working for Jamba Juice. We don't mind driving a few extra miles to the Eastvale location.

Also, Google says that their hours are until 7 pm., but they are until 9 pm....

Every time we go in here, there is a problem. The drinks are super liquid . And today I got acai primo bowl. Tue girl made a mess of the rim on the bowl and just slapped the lid on instead of getting a new fresh clean bowl. She took some frozen pieces of fruit out and put them back in the blender with some liquid and turned it on for literally 10 seconds. It was more liquidy than the acai. W hi ich made the top part of my bowl soupy. It almost spilled on me in my car. The staff was not very friendly and the 2 of them acted like they hated their jobs. New people need to be put here. Friendly and courteous...

I love Jamba Juice, but normally I go to the one on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside. Last week I went to the Riverside store, bought 5, $5.00 gift cards, equals $25.00 right? They were GREAT to provide the extra $5.00 gift card that they advertise & an envelope for each! Awesome! BUT TODAY I WENT TO NORCO, bought the same exact 5, $5.00 gift cards, THEY SAID I HAD TO BUY $25.00 CARD IN ORDER TO GET THE DEAL & no envelopes! GO TO RIVERSIDE! :) TREATED BETTER...
